Great place. Nice people. Great food. My favorite is broccoli cheddar soup the best of all.

Dearest Panera. King mike was nothing but accommodating to our unique desires. The food was delightful as usual and the vibe was on point. I think I won’t have to eat for another year. Love the full stock of bread bowls. I’ll tell my penguin running friends to eat here. Thank you, Tunnel runners #OlafinPDX

What a disappointment. ½ sandwich + soup 8 bucks. Only about 1 tablespoon of tuna, with big fat bread that fell apart… must be dry. Then a huge chunk of tuna in the tuna«salad» …broccoli /cheese soup bland and barely warm. Restaurant was near empty, yet still took over 10 minutes. Worst tuna fish sandwich ever. People were nice though

Gold star goodness… at a price! Even being a chain, I have to give props to Panera. They go out of the way to provide an amazing array of freshly made sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. While I’ve never felt their bread or pastries were anything to write home about, this makes for a nice lunch or dinner stop. Also, I encourage anyone to read about their Panera cares program, it will make you appreciate how great a big company can be when they put their mind to it. I had lunch here recently with my boss. Great place to have a meeting with private booths and big tables to spread out materials. I had a nice panini with tomato and mozzarella that came with chips. Overpriced for what I got, but it still tasted very n ice despite being very salty. Their drink selection I think is one of the best out there. On offer are 3 kinds of iced tea, iced coffee, and sodas. All free refills which I appreciate, especially when sitting for a long meeting. Overall, a very clean, warm, welcoming place. I just don’t feel there’s a great value when it comes to the food however. Just my opinion though. It’s good, but dropping $ 11 for a veggie sandwich and a drink is pushing it, so it loses a star from me based on value. On a personal note I will say that Panera is special to me, because my Mom and I decided to eat here instead of the food court at the mall… on the day the shooting took place a few years ago and a few people lost their lives at Christmastime. Very sad day. We were on our way to the food court and I remembered at the last moment that Panera was just outside the Barnes and Noble we were in. Turns out the shooter walked in through there 15 minutes later and went up to the food court. We would have been right in the middle of everything. So thanks to Panera we were safe! watching the hordes of scared people rush out the door in front of Panera and everything going on lock down is something I will not soon forget.

What is the matter with these people? Twice I have ordered from this location, and twice they have screwed up the order. This time they left off a item. I called, spoke with the manager Bob and asked that the item be credited to my account. No can do. If you order on-line, they can’t adjust. Bob said next time I come ask for Bob and he’d make it right. Yeh… like Bob’s going to be there next time I come in… What are the chances? I don’t think so. I’m done with these guys.

I’ve never been disappointed her. The pastry are delicious and the sandwiches are really good. The service is great and always super friendly. The outside seating area has been great during this hot summer we have. I always come here when I come to clackamas mall.

This s a review of their panini turkey sandwich and a shortbread cookie. Just average at best sums it up. The panini was lacking in flavor. Hardly any turkey on on. I also tried a shortbread cookie. At $ 2 it’s way overpriced. Too fluffy for a shortbread. Still think the British ex-patriot at the Saturday Market made the best shortbread cookies in Portland. I feel bad for all the suburbanites that are stuck with Panera. You need a real sandwich shop and bakery. Don’t waste your time or money.

First time here. Cashier explained nothing and looked extremely bored. I wandered around looking for my food and drinks, no one was helpful.

My 3 yr old and I came right at lunch rush. The lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful, as I had no clue what I wanted. The food came out much faster than I expected. The food was delicious and priced well.

Walked in… a person just ordered then went to their table. Oksana who was at counter just walked away and gave me a dirty look. I said«hello» can I order?,…she was six feet away, pretending like she didn’t hear me. Then her friend came to the counter and she started talking to her… and she proceeded to give me another dirty look, …I couldn’t believe it! Finally the manager walked out and asked if I had been helped I said no. He took my order. I had the chicken thai salad. Was good, average. Not enough chicken. Over seasoned with dressing and full of tortilla chip bits to compensate for not enough chicken to make you full. For $ 10 — not satisfied. Baguette was stale too. Should of went to Native Foods, where I usually go. I am tired of employees who don’t do there job and just ignore you. My assumption is because I was gay. She wouldn’t give me the time or day, and would not acknowledge me — i assume she wanted me to just walk out. Toto… I think we are in Indiana not Oregon.

I have been in here numerous times. Three times in a row, I was dying for a bread bowl and each of the 3 times they were either out of the bread bowls or out of broccoli cheddar soup(my favorite). I came in today and ordered a half sandwich and soup. While the manager was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with a menu with the nutrition facts, I was again, disappointed in the food. The broccoli cheddar soup was barely warm and the sandwich did not deliver with brown avocado and dry turkey. The baguette was cold. Yes, cold. As in it was like it was refrigerated! There was not a single clean table available. I had to sit at a dirty table and wiped it clean, myself. There were napkins and straws throughout the dining area and plates on almost every table. I’d like to think that most people put their plates away as expected, leading me to wonder how long exactly the dining room was unattended since there was so much to clean. It wasn’t busy. There were probably 5 diners in the restaurant, with an occassional straggler in and out. I didn’t finish my cold soup or dry sandwich. Looks as though I’ll be stopping in the mall to curb my hunger.

Dropped a star. The last few times we have been in the place has been a mess. I understand tables being messing and needing a wioe down during busy times but the bina for dirty used dishes should not be filled over the top and look like they will crash down. The bathrooms do not hsve seat covers for the toilets. I asked the manager about this and she said it is no longer a state law to carry them so Panera opted not to purchase them any more. Seems like a bad place tp cut corners to save money. The foos is still consistant in taste but our order is still often incorrect and needs fixing which they do wit no issue. Their bakers is still often out of many items half way through the day and they only have Pepsi products in the fountain machine. It’s just average. Oh but hey free wi-fi!

David who helped me was a very help full when I called before to place my order for pick up. He told me prices and I didn’t feel rushed. When I got there he was also there to ring me up :-) again very nice yourger man. Food was ready when I got there I said 10 min and it was done. I got the turkey cran flat bread(first time) wish it had more cranberries on it though literally felt jipped. There was like none. There probably should of had more spinach also, there was enough turkey but it seemed lacking all the other ingreidents. But it was still tastey guess I have to ask for extra next time. Until next time.

Meh. It’s Panera Bread. There isn’t too much you can say. They had my bagel ready in good time and they put a nice sized cream cheese on the side. I probably used half of it on my whole bagel and I am a lover of thy cream cheese. Their bagel was a little thin though and the staff didn’t have the best sense of humor. I guess that can be tough when they wake up so early to get there.

Panera is a great choice for breakfast or a good lunch. Stopped in for a quick break during Christmas shopping. I had been crazing a cinnamon crunch bagel. It was a shining moment of a morning filled with aggressive Christmas shoppers. The bagels are so fluffy and soft unlike other bagels. They toast it for you so the cinnamon flavor just jumps out at you. My girlfriend had the sausage egg and cheese on ciabatta. It is a fantastic breakfast sandwich. Great break from your normal greasy breakfast… try the yogurt parfait with your choice of bagel. Bonus when they toast it for you!

Although I typically come to chain restaurants kicking and screaming, I really can’t think of any major flaws. I ordered the bean soup with the chicken Fuji salad and bread. The salad was loaded with yummy bits of goodness: chicken, Gorgonzola, pecans, and slices of crispy dried apple which gave the salad an extra layer of crunch and the perfect strength of Apple flavor. Bean soup was tasty, but I think it could have used«something». Bread, of course, was amazing as was the orange scone I took home for later(which, sadly, ended up not really being«later» as I couldn’t help myself). The gentleman who picked up our table was a wee bit anxious to take our plates but it wasn’t anything that a little stink eye couldn’t fix. I would definitely go here again.
