I ordered a venti caramel macchiato — but they forgot to put in the actual coffee so it was all caramel and steamed milk. It was my moms birthday and I wanted to get her coffee. And asked them to write happy birthday on it and they were hesitant on doing so. Waited for my coffee for longer than usual and instead of getting what I ordered I got this. Worst experience ever and won’t be coming here. Deserves less than a one star. Paid $ 4.75 for NO coffee. Not worth it and paid more than needed.

Worst Starbucks experience(customer and quality) of my life. I’m the biggest fan and service is usually okay or exceptional but I ordered a wrap. Saw that it wasn’t being prepared. Asked them about it and they said it was coming(clearly wasn’t but that was my hint to say please remember my wrap) nobody does anything until I asked a second time. This was 10 other customers later. Also, quality of my caramel macchiato was different. Didn’t taste like all the other ones and the first time I’ve tasted such a dramatic difference.

This Starbucks is a frequent stop for my family. We live in the area and get coffee here several times a week for at least the past 2 – 3 years. The customer service is usually normal, and although their parking lot is cramped and the drive thru gets busy, the line usually goes pretty quick. The reason I am giving this location 1 star today is because my parents and I just had the most shockingly terrible customer service in the drive thru. It is a beautiful sunny afternoon and we were the only ones in line. We ordered our drinks– a green tea frappuccino, a s’mores frappuccino, and an iced tea. Everything seemed okay until we got to the window. The crew was having major attitude issues. Nobody smiled or looked at us– no eye contact, not even from the employee who took our payment!(This is really odd for a Starbucks trust me!) As if things weren’t weird enough, they then proceeded to give us the wrong size on one drink and forgot to even put coffee in the other one. When we(politely, not rudely) asked for them to fix our drinks you could have cut the tension with a knife! We were shocked at the unprofessional behavior of the crew and when we called hoping to let mgmt know, it turned out there was no manager on duty that day. Not exactly sure how that’s even possible. We were hurt and super disappointed that one of our favorite Starbucks locations would let something like this happen. I might understand if we had been rude and demanding or taken a tone with them but we were perfectly civil and nice to the staff, so it’s just bizarre. We probably won’t be back here or at least not nearly as often after this unacceptably rude treatment.

I use to love this place but the customer service has been terrible the past few months. The manager has an unfriendly attitude and it seems to rub off on her employees. I expect better customer service from Starbucks. I will be taking my daily purchases to another location and encouraging my friends and family to do the same.

The drinks are all the same. And I love them. But damn, the cashier/barista, Ali, has the worst case of bitch face i’ve ever seen. Ordered my drinks, which she had to ask me to repeat 4 separate times. And when she gave me my change back, literally threw it at me. I probably wont be back here. Because of Ali.
