As far as Jack In The Box food goes, I usually stick with the value menu(most bang for your buck). Sometimes I’ll venture out and get the stuffed jalapenos, but dos tacos and a jumbo jack with no queso(they always ask about cheese) usually does the trick. As other reviewers said, they will ask for ID if you use card, every single time. Also, you must ask for sauce or else they won’t give it to you. They’re pretty stingy with their sauces. You may have to throw in a «can I have some more» to get how much you need. All in all they keep it nice and clean, food is consistent, minus one star due to stinginess with sauces. It’s not coming out your paycheck bruh!

Wish I can give this location a zero I went in on Saturday I asked for a minute at the drive thru and the cashier kept asking me every second literally are you ready yet and when I would order something she would say is that it and same thing over and over ugh so rude, plus my total was only $ 10.80 and I used my card and the lady asked for my ID with an attitude to my understanding they only have to ask for ID when it’s $ 25 and over and that’s what I told her she said NOWENEEDTOASKFORITALLTHETIME, so I gave the lady my card throughout the whole experience she was so very rude, called corporate to complain was told that the district manager will call me by Tuesday which was yesterday I still have not received anything never again waste of time and money just to be mistreated in my opinion customers are not there #1 priority

Stop by tonight for dinner at this store. I ordered Pita combo with salad at the advertise priced at $ 5.89. Cashier rung up at $ 6.55 +tax. When I pointed her and others cashiers the advertise price on the front glass door and on the banner inside, they said it was not what the machine shows. They refused to correct their problem and honor their business. Don’t recommend to come here if you want to be treated fairly.

I ordered buttery jack burger with cheddar onion. I barely see the onion, very different from advertised photo. Come on man, Just make it like as advertised, you just need to spend a few cents more, you charged $ 5 for a small burger already. No more Jack in the A.

I submitted feedback via their website and a few minutes later I get the automated«We received your feedback, it has been escalated to the proper department and we’ll be contacting you shortly.» email. As of 1÷20÷15, no other email or phone call(I provided both forms of contract information). So, I was proactive and made a call to corporate a couple weeks ago, the agent reviewed my information(after being put on hold for five minutes) and said an area manager would get in touch with me. As of 2/1/15…absolutely no response. Seems like corporate is performing their due diligence but the area manager or franchisee don’t care. Well, I’ll do what any self respecting customer advocate and fellow Unilocaler would do… Sh*t Listed!

This location is a prime example of lack of brand consistency. This location seems to have either cold fries waiting to be served, or ones kept hot for too long. This was my first and last breakfast trip here. I normally do breakfast at home but didn’t have time, should have risked being late.

WORSTSERVICEEVER. I would have given this place 3 stars for the food if it weren’t for my experience with the female(I think) that works the drive-thru in the morning. Being that it is a drive-thru I wouldn’t expect much but she is just a horrible person. She is obese, has a wicked attitude, and has no eyebrows(much less courtesy for the customers). You may have seen this person there.(Be sure to stay clear of her) I get it. it’s early. You hate your job. You’d rather be anywhere else right now besides there… but GUESSWHAT?!? That’s no reason to take it out on the people you are serving food to. People expect to drive in and out with their food and go on about their day. Not get an attitude at the order menu and get ignored by Shrek’s older sister after they pay for their food. To the employee: Please note that there are a million starving people out there that would gladly do your job and DOITWELL. Step your game up… or just go back to the circus. CLOWN.

Fast service, normal Jack In The Box Food… I mean, pretty decent food for 2 in the morning when nowhere else is open and you want a quick bite to eat :)

I go through the drive-thru because I was craving a couple tacos. I don’t quite remember what the drive-thru guy said but it fell along the lines of «What do you want to order?» I guess you don’t appreciate a «Welcome to Jack-In-the-Box» till’ it’s gone. After my order of 2 $ 1 tacos, he says«…OK. Drive up to the front» At this point I’m like«o_O» I drive thru and see a pimple-faced High School kid and all the pieces fall into place. I hand my card and he asks for my I. D… Really? The total is like $ 2.38. To make matters worse he didn’t even put any taco packets in there. Call me a fat ass but they always at least put one or two taco packets in there. Dear High School kid: Stay away from the food at your job and the grills because they emit grease. It’s not helping your acne.

This place sucks and is the worst fast-food restaurant i have ever been too. What motivated to write this was my last visit to this place, when i went through the drive through late at night. The lady on the intercom had a hard time taking our simple order of 4 items(with no special requests). She didnt even tell us the total, repeat the order, or said thank you. We then go up to the window and she just gave me a bad vibe and seemed like she hated her job and wanted to let it out on the customers especially when i asked her for hot sauce and ranch. She just said«we dont have any» without looking and as if she just didnt want to give us any. I gave my friend the bag of «food» and he made the mistake of not checking the order and i made one for not telling him to check. So we of course were missing one burger. It was late and i didnt want to go back to deal with that *****. I then ate a jumbo jack which was the worst one i have ever tasted. The veggies tasted old and nasty as if the hamburger was reheated in a microwave. The french fries were also bad and barely warm. I also remembered that my dad stopped going here a while back after a similar experience a few years ago but i thought it would have been different since it was a while back. What sucks is that this is the closest Jack in the Box to me :(

Small Jack In The Crack. Maybe 7 tables at the most. Small counter for ordering. Foods pretty crappy. Go somewhere else. It does have a drive-thru, if you need it.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Jack-in-the-Box because it was my first job after I graduated high school. Although I prefer to eat at a sit down restaurant, once in a great while, I’ll stop by a random JITB due to my nostalgia for it. This morning for breakfast, I went to their location on El Segundo Blvd North of the 405 Freeway next to the Thrifty Oil station with the cheapest gas prices for miles around and ordered their grilled breakfast sandwich meal. It was a bit salty, but otherwise tasted good. I was also wishing for a bit more orange juice while making slurping sounds with my straw. $ 5.04.
