My sister was visited for the very first time by an outstanding professional nurse from Carelink who took charge of her living conditions at a «home care facility». The services that the home care facility provided were substandard and immediately she advised me that in order to provide the best care for my sister; they recommended she be moved. Living on the east coast while she was in Hayward, California, I reached deep and entrusted them on the move, and never regretted the decision. From the moment that we moved my sister until her most recent passing; the level of care, love, attentiveness that every one at the Carelink Hospice Service provided was exemplary. My sisters physical, medical, and spiritual needs were met with the utmost sincerity and love. They truly treated my sister as well as my family and I with support;, regular communication, and a genuine feeling that we were an extension of their family. We made monthly trips to California out of care and concern for my sister. While we expected the worst from those visits, they turned out to be ones of gratitude as we never once had to worry about her care. Everyone at Carelink are truly gifts from God.

I get updated frequently one berthing that is going on with her and would honestly recommend their services to anyone that I know that needs hospice care.
