I thought I had seen ghetto. Wrong. This chucky cheese is so ghetto it shocked me. They were a little bit busy, however I can’t really justify waiting 35 min for a medium cheese pizza. Would not come back.

THEWORSTCHUCK E. CHEESEIN California, better yet in the USA – Straight GHETTOOOO!!! I have been to every CEC in the Bay Area and this one belongs in a 3rd world country. And yes, I have been to cleaner eating places in the jungles of INDONESIA. Some might not like the clientele for being loud, boisterous and sometimes rude but that does not mean you should serve sub-par quality food in a dirty environment. Real quick, polite servers, non-existent management, terrible and tasteless food, dirty tables, filthy bathrooms. End result, take your children anywhere else for their health and better quality food. This placed should be condemned and shut down by health inspectors forever!!!.

We came here on a Thursday not a lot of people, some tables were not clean but managers came out to clean it. I don’t know but I think this place needs more windows or a back door the the smell can go anyway. I mean it stinks. We placed our order and got our tokens. Took my son to play ice ball and the game eat my token. Went to another row and that one eat had no balls, went to the next row and that one didn’t have TICKETS! at this point I was frustrated. Games: Some will eat your token, others will have no tickets. Food: I have to say that it was better when I was a kid. The pizza was gummy I don’t think I would come back.

Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto. Teach your children how to act people! Obnoxious unattended children, broken games, lazy employees… Bad food… I will not return and I suggest you take your kids elsewhere. A literal madhouse. Crazy kids… Adults setting bad examples… Ghetto as ghetto gets.

I feel sorry for the workers here. The patrons here are extremely ghetto to the point where it was a culture shock(even though I was born in the Bay Area, worked in Oakland for almost a decade and live in SF). One of the kids asked us if he could have our tokens because we weren’t using them(they were on the table while we were waiting for our pizza). Another kid tried to grab tickets/tokens from my plastic cup but was stopped by her mom. It’s seriously a jungle in there. I would never recommend it to anyone. The environment creates a strong crazy desire in the kids to spend their tokens as fast as possible to get tickets to get crappy dollar-store prizes, at best. It was a good experience for the two kids we went with but will never come back. It as also stuffy and no circulated air. And someone smoked weed in the women’s restroom. The workers are overworked and too busy fixing the broken machines, replenishing tickets, etc. It’s a chaotic madhouse in there. The only good thing was how cheap it was but then again, that was the downside. Each game was only one token, which is 25 cents(same price it was 30 years ago). Next time, we are going to spend the money and go to D&B instead. YUCK.

Honestly, I think it’s the quality of the crowd that ruins this location. As an employee I would probably be miserable dealing with all these little gangsters in training. I’ve had a kid tank my daughters pacifier out of her mouth in front of his mom who didnt bat an eye lash. For some reason it also seems to be a «working girls» fashion show, plucked straight from DD’s clearance rack to their purse. I prefer newark or Dublin unless we’re wanting more games, then RWC. In order of staff recognition in customer service it would be RWC, Newark, Dublin, Hayward. Again, I don’t blame Hayward staff. Haven’t tried tan foran yet. So 4 stars cuz we love it. One star for management not motivating staff on how to deal with difficult people.

Chuck e cheese is gonna be chuck e cheese. Kids screaming and running around having a good old time and that’s what it’s for, so I expect that when I take my daughter. What I didn’t expect was to have my daughters iPhone that she sat down while playing a game, to be returned to her the exact same way she left it. I was very shocked and surprised that the next day when I called, general manager Miguel told me he had it in his office and to pick it up whenever! Wow! No one turns in iPhones these days and idk if an employee found it or him, or someone turned it in, either way the staff was very helpful in helping us look for it when we reported it Missing and very generous good people to return it. We were so happy! Thanks to all of you guys! Good customer service is always a must for any business in my opinion :)

We’ve been here a fair share of times, had a bday and also a team party here. Which were all just ok, best part no cleanup to deal with. Food was blah. Service was fair at best. Prizes for what you spend= crap. We hadn’t been here in about 7 mo, gave it another try yesterday. Upon walking in the entry way smells like puke, yeah,!!! We place our order, get some tokens and let the kid go have fun. I notice what has to be 2 regional mgrs on hand, since store mgr is behind register. The regional guys are watching employees and you can tell by how pleasant the employees were, salad bar was clean and stocked. Employees were wiping down games. Then the pizza arrived, and wow it had cheese and toppings, and was actually decent. Compared to cardboard they used to serve. The prize selection was pretty empty, so hoping they are updating these with better options. Granted there are some ignorant adults who go here, letting their kids run wild, while adults complain and are loud about everything they say, like putting on a spectacle of themselves. Bathrooms were pretty clean considering it was a Saturday afternoon and place was crowded But besides the puke smell in entry, some ghetto parents, prize selection empty for most part, the food and service were a nice surprise.

1st time there, wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be given it was my first time at chuck e cheese as well as all the bad reviews I read. Went on a Saturday and beat the crowd surprisingly because we got there around 1:30ish. All the games/rides/machines worked well. Pizza was ok not as good as I thought, but eatable. Bathroom was good not as bad as people wrote and the smell, well to me it was fine compared to what others said. Also, the line for the prizes was super long. They only had one person there. 2nd time there, same experience, but… ghetto ass kids try to blame my little cousin for yelling at them when they were the ones that came with hella attitude, all mighty and shit thinking they the queen. News flash little girl the world doesn’t revolve around you. Parents need to teach these hood rat kids a lesson on life where it ain’t all about fighting. I understand kids need be tough and need to stand up for themselves, but there’s a thin line between thinking stupid and thinking smart. These parents also need to warn these kids that there’s going to be a lot of ppl here so why you complaining that everyone in your way and moving hella slow? Was tryna tell this little girl she needa watch out for everyone and that they can’t expect everyone to cater to them. This little girl was down right arguing with me when I said I apologize on my cousin behalf but of course she being uneducated my ghetto ass parents wanna think some things aren’t her fault and wanna get other shit… wtf what else you want? Ain’t nothing else but that. Disappear or drop dead little girl. Basically watch yo kids at all times people. Side note: Pulled up and already there was a confrontation between a Latino family and black woman in the parking lot. Not sure what it was about or how far it went, but it was crazy to see the black woman yelling at the family. Another side note a couple was arguing outside my 2nd time here. Last complaint, girl who was cashier named Stephanie yep hope you reading it trick calm it down with the attitude I politely asked since it was my first time there can we have the pizza later instead of now, you gonna reply, «what do you mean?» In a rude ass way. I was just asking a simple question with no attitude. I worked in retail for 2.5 years I don’t give customers attitude especially when they are nice to begin with.

I personally, would never take my kids here because its so unsanitary. It’s dirty and has a bad odor, obviously from all these little kids… Anyway, this is the smallest Chuck E Cheese I’ve been to, doesn’t have a lot of stuff the kids can do. However, its located conveniently next to a Toys R Us. Their pizza is good and so is there customer service, surprisingly.

This place is ghettooooooo! I will not be bringing my kids here again. Bad customer service. Children were climbing on the games and the parents would not say a word and most of the games were out of service. This place is a total dump!

Yeah I went in with low expectations and that’s what we got. First impression was as we walked in the door. It hits you immediately. The stench of what I can only describe as smelly gym socks. We ordered some food(pizza, cheese sticks, fries, and cinnamon sticks) then seated ourselves at a table near the games. It took quite awhile for the food to come out. In fact the kids were done with 170 tokens by the time it did. The pizza was greasy. So much so that oil from it dripped off with every bite. The crust was not edible since it was hard as a rock. The fries had no salt and were a little burnt as I think it’s cooked like the pizza. The cinnamon sticks were decent but also a little burnt. Then there was the prize center. So the kid behind the counter was helpful until we asked for the Disney princess stickers. They were out so I asked if we could have the ones in the display case. He first says oh they’re taped together. I look at him wondering if it was too difficult for him to figure out so I ask can you take the tape off so my daughter can have 1 of them? His reply: oh no they’re for display only. Why the heck are you going to continue to display them if you have no more??? Let’s recap shall we? 1-entire place smells like old gym socks 2-slow service 3-burnt food 4-bad customer service They need a negative rating on here.

This Chuck E Cheese needs a remodel. This location is to small, tables are old and many need repair. games also need to be updated and spaced out. It was as if you were literally bumping into someone everywhere you went. If you are in any position to do so go to any other nearby location, there’s is one in concord Richmond/pinole Fremont(may be similar in size but less ppl?) On the plus side pizza was good hot wings ok also(but who really comes here to eat. my kids would eat the pizza even if it was nasty Lol) Btw we were here from230−7pmapprox we saw ChuckE ONCE

WORSTCHUCK E. CHEESEEVER! This place is the same thing as eating in a dumpster. I went to chuck e. Cheese on a Saturday and waited an hour and a half for my 2 pizzas and appetizers. When I asked why I was still waiting for the appetizers after 35 mins they said that it was not an appetizer when the cashier obviously said it was. When it finally arrived they had given us oranges instead of fries because they ran out. I asked if they could give us more cheese stinks or wings instead and she said no. I asked for a refund and they only gave me $ 3 and it cost me $ 20! The manager and co manager Jasmine were very rude. The place was full of trash. The bins were overloaded and the salad bar was a mess. DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYHERE!

Took my son here Saturday night around 8pm. Worst location ever. Trash everywhere and majority of games were broken and tickets were out. No clean tables to sit and they need to maybe do a sweep every couple hours. Parents don’t really watch their kids here they just let them run around. My son was playing skee ball and had a couple tickets snatched from his machine by some older girl. $ 10 later all we got was a single tootsie roll, a plastic whistle, and stickers.

I took my son here for a birthday party this past weekend and I will NEVER go back. Many games were not working and those that appeared to be working just stole our tokens. Trying to find someone to refund the tokens was almost impossible. For a Saturday night you would think they had more staff available. Understaffed was an understatement. They had no control over the establishment. Older kids were running so fast through the place and no one told them to stop. At one point I saw 2 older boys almost plow over a toddler. PIzza was good — I recall it not be great many moons ago so I am glad it has gotten better. The salad bar was disgusting, no one cleaned it up as they refilled the station. Floors were filthy, garbage areas were overflowing. My suggestion is you go to the Dublin location — I have only heard good things. They are staffed better and have more control over the unruley kids.

Trying to keep the kids preoccupied and decided to come to chuck e cheese. This place isn’t the best, and I’ve seen it at its worst but it’s convenient and cheap. The food is average to below and at times unbearable. Today wasn’t too bad and tried their new chicken wrap, the kids had pepperoni pizza, and lastly ordered a sampler platter. Food was fresh and the wrap hit the spot, a bit surprising but seems like they’re putting out the effort. Place still smells like feet but most of the time kids are running without shoes anyway. It was pretty empty so waiting wasn’t an issue for food or games. Overall not as bad as I thought it was going to be but the weekends this spot does a complete 360 and the service and experience takes its downfall. Be mindful and place a reservation if you plan to throw an event there.

I am only giving it 1 star because I have to if I could give it 0 I would So yesterday I took my son my daughter and my nephew and niece to this Chuck E Cheese we had a good time until some lady came up to my son who is 4 years old and has autism and grabbed him and said that he took two of her daughters tokens we tried to give her 30 dollars so she can buy 120 more tokens so it wouldn’t be a problem and she was screaming talking about she wanted to see the cameras because my son was a thief and he took the two tokens and the manager was telling me and my kids to leave and called the police on us because I was arguing with the lady because she put her hands on my son and I feel like if anything she should have got asked to leave not us because I didn’t touch her or none of her kids and technically I could have pressed charges on the lady for putting your hands on my son I will never go back
