Worst experience EVER! I placed an online order at 6:06pm and it’s 6:50pm and we still haven’t received our order! I called Abdul, and he stated his driver was already on his way. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I decided to call Abdul back again and apparently he had to get another driver to deliver my food and told me to wait an additional 10 minutes! These guys are 3 blocks away and I just don’t know why it’s almost taking 40 minutes to deliver 8 wings and a medium pizza! It’s now 7:06pm and still no food on my front door. I think I might just call corporate. Smh!!!

I was given a 30 minute delivery estimate. It took an hour and 15 minutes and the pizza arrived cold. Pizzas were not as ordered and employees were incredibly unhelpful «we had a lot of orders, sorry.» And that’s it.
Never EVER ordering from this dominos again.

Worst service ever I placed my order online and they said 45 minute delivery. I waited more than that and when I called them, they lied to me and said my pizza was delivered to my work place and someone named Gary received I don’t work with a Gary and they said oops my mistake and hung up on me from now on I am going to other places never will I order from any dominoes ever again btw they didn’t wanna refund me until I cursed them out and spoke with their manager

Ordered on line, chose the closes location to me, Clawiter Rd in Hayward, payed for it but never received it! The manager on duty wouldn’t provide his name or the owners name. Basically told me that sorry I voided the order and that’s it. I asked the guy what does that mean and he said unhu. While I sit here hungry!!! Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Fuck this dominos I seen the people in there working with out gloves. I seen how they making orders of pizza all sloppy. It was bad an it’s hella hood. You have to get. Buzzes in like your buying crack.

I rated it three stars because it’s overly expensive and it cost 19.99 $ for my order! So I rather go buy at a different pizza place but the pizza good and that’s all I have to say about it.

Horrible! Talk about always disapointing. They ALWAYS forget something from the order! Every. Single. Time. And every time, I have to show them my computer/​tablet screen and tell them what they are missing. Every time, they say they will bring it back, and never do. I’ve even taken the extra step to call them after my online order, and confirm everything… They STILL do not bring everything. It’s awful. How does a business stay open this way?

Had a concern about the online coupons. So i called, i was getting passed around to pretty much every employee and i had to repeat myself everytime. To make matters worse, every person i spoke to barely knew english and couldn’t even answer my question. I choose this spot because i live right down the street. Well you know what, they just lost my business. Zero stars if i could.

Slow delivery and we live down the street from location. He tried to tell us some bs showing us his receipt showing a time but that time was when it left the building (according to their online tracking system). Disappointing. Also no pepper or cheese packets.

I work about half a mile away from this location on Clawiter Road, so it is a convenient place to pick up a pizza for lunch. I’ve gotten roughly 10 pizzas from them over the last 3 or so years, and have never had a cause to complain. They have all been ready for pick-​up on time and have been exactly what I ordered online. Not the world’s best pizza, but good enough for lunch and the price can’t be beat!

They can never get an order right, whether u order online or on the phone. The drivers never have cheese or peppers even if you request it when ordering. Messed up my order twice and thats enough to not ever order again.

The pizza delivery guy adbul never brings cheese even if you put it on the instructions food is good most of the time but the pan made pizza was not fully cooked !

I used the online ordering system and was pleased to see that the expected time was 17 – 27 minutes. An hour later the pizza finally shows up and is stone cold. This is the second time I’ve had this experience and I will not be ordering from them again.

If you want a limp-​crusted, over priced pizza w/​horrible sauce and way too much garlic, this is the place for you. But if you’re like me, and actually like good pizza, go anywhere else. I wouldn’t be so upset if the large one-​topping i ordered wasn’t $ 18.50. Way to go Dominos.

When they tell you your pizza will be there 30 to 40 min… wrong. It took over an hour to get our pizza and when we called to check on our pizza they said the guy would be there shortly. Called a second time because he still didnt arrive I complained and wanted our pizza to be free they offered a free item and it would be delivered after so I asked for another pizza for the kids, we waited an hour and a half and nothing! This is not my first incident with dominos, they really need to get different employees!

I’ve been a fan of Dominos for years. But I’ll admit… of the cookie cutter chains… Domino’s has become the #3…if not the #4 or 5 pizza nationally.
So now I hear they made changes to the crust, cheese, sauce and basically everything about their pizza. Well alright… bring it on.
Unfortunately, this Dominos ISN’T doing anything new. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they were fast with delivery. So kudos there, but the pizza? Tossed ½ of it in the trash.
When I am back in the Hayward area… I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s…(unless I hear otherwise here on Unilocal).
