Fanzz is located near JC Penney in the mall area. My husband and I stopped here in search of the Warriors 2016 Finals cap. No dice, as they did not have them. What a bummer!
However, not being able to find what we wanted does not mean I am going to give them less than a 3 star rating. I love some of my Bay Area sports teams — Raiders, A’s, Warriors. My husband is a sports fan, too. His teams are the Niners, Warriors and A’s. Since I am not much of a hockey fan and a fan of the other baseball team across the Bay, still I have respect for the Sharks and the Giants, respectively.
Customer service here is decent. The gentleman answering our question was courteous and helpful. The sports teams merchandises they have on hand are decent, too. However, the prices are a tad beyond reasonable.
If Fanzz were closer to my home in Alameda, I would visit them more often. Unfortunately, they are not and I don’t particularly like to travel too far to purchase sports merchandise.

I went into this store 4−28−16 at night the staff looked at me didn’t say nothing nor tried to help me caught an attitude when I asked about snap backs so I dropped everything and went to fitters and spent my money I’ll never come back here again and recommend no one does either

I am not going to lie. I was very upset when trying to buy my husband a Kaepernick jersey for Christmas. One of the people that work there forgot to order it and we waited a week and a half. Friday they called and said the jersey is ready. My husband picked it up. Today was the Niners game he went and put on his jersey and it had a slit in it. I called the manager very upset. I then called the district manager Garrett. I am very impressed on how he handled the situation. For now we bought a jersey that he could wear till the Kaepernick one comes in. He also gave us a discount. I will continue to shop at this store. Also Mason the store manager was very polite and professional thank you!

This place has all the Giants, 49ers, Sharks, Warriors, San Jose Galaxy stuff i been looking for. They are reasonable as well.

This place has a decent selection of Warriors, 49ers, and Sharks gear. Of course they cater to the Oakland fans too (A’s and Raiders.) Especially if you’re looking for hats and Nike shirts.
The prices are pretty steep and seem to be a little marked up, but nonetheless pretty nice when you need some fan gear for the upcoming games.
I came in here looking for a King’s shirt for the hubby (Yuck, I know, he’s a King’s fan.) and since they’re moving to Seattle or maybe because they’re just a horrible team, there was a very slim selection. The limited Kings stuff you can find in the store is all 50% off.
One thing I like about this place is that everything is well organized.
If you need football fan gear, stay in the front of the store.
If you need basketball fan gear; go towards the middle.
If you need baseball fan gear; go to the back.
Workers are A-​okay.
