Supercuts

After being a customer for 5 years, I hate to say that this place has completely disappointed me today and I will not be giving them another chance. I called ahead because I had to go back to work and so once I got there no one bothered to acknowledge my presence but I let that slide and continued to sit there. A lady got there before me within a few seconds ahead from me and they sat her right away. I continued to be patient while I waited for someone to attend me. Once someone was finally available, May, I believe that was her name, sat me down and asked me what kind of haircut I wanted. At that moment someone else walked in and she said if it was ok if she attended him first because he had an appointment. I mentioned to her that I also had an appointment earlier because I had to go back to work and she told me to please wait for Rosa to finish. Not only was she rude, but it was also a huge inconvenience for me go have to waste part of my lunch time only to receive horrible customer service! I ended up leaving and not getting anything — will have to look for a new place that is worthy of my time.

I usually get my hair cut and dyed by Tonya, although all the girls are great. Each stylist really listens to what you want and are very friendly!!! I work here and I know a lot of regular customers that are always very pleased (:

Really really disappointed. Asian lady rushed through it and my fades was uneven. Never going to supercuts again! And FYI this is my second time going to a supercut but the previous one was in a different location and it also sucks. Fuck supercuts!

Open till 8 but turned away a haircut at 7:45. Obviously wasn’t the owner. We were told «we are done for the night»

The staff was very polite when I arrived. Little wait time and my stylist Julie made it a pleasurable experience for me. Great Deals, Great People, Great Hair Cuts, do you’re hair a favor and hit Julie up.

My daughter and I have been getting our hair cut by Rosa for years. We love her. She always does a great job. Everyone is nice there. I can’t comment on anyone else’s cutting since Rosa is the only one we see. My daughter is almost 10, and she will not let anyone else cut her hair.

Mei is the best! She remembers me and cuts my hair as I like it. For the $ it can’t be beat.

THE WORST HAIR SALON I’VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!!! Do not go here! I was very specific about how I wanted my haircut and the lady basically shaved my hair off!!! My hair is literally uneven until it grows out again. I’m so MAD and disappointed! If I could I would given them 0 stars!

The staff here rotate a lot and idk why. The location is great. No one knows they’re in this strip mall lol.

Elena cut my hair today and did an awesome job. She’s also very friendly and loves to talk and I find that very important. Great Customer service from her and she did it quick. She actually listens to what you want and then asks you how you like it little by little. I left feeling satisfied and loved my hair. She’ll be my go to hair appointment from now on. Can’t really review anything else about the place but she’s awesome.

Went there 3 times, Clippers are not sharp, scissors are not sharp — They do not cut but pull your hair.
Clipper will not cut your hair but cut your skin.
Every time I went there felt really burning sensation on skin for 2 days after simple haircut.

She was so bad she knew it was was cause she kept asking is this ok ahhhh Noooo whole patch of hair you completely missed… and to top it off 17 dollars for a kids cut ughhhh and she did so bad I still felt I should tip her 3 bucks … never again only gave 3 stars cause I feel bad more like 1 ¹⁄₂

I have been going to this Supercuts for years. Mei cuts my hair and she does an awesome job. The other hair stylists are always nice and give good service!

Completely unprofessional business. I’ve had my hair cut at this exact location 3 times, including LAST WEEK, and when I stopped in yesterday to have the neck buzzed (as a male customer, literally something that would take 60 seconds, just cleaning the hair that grew over a week) the «manager» randomly chose $ 13 out of nowhere.
Obviously, this made me pretty upset, considering the POSTED price for a beard trim is $ 8, and this is way easier than that!
The only thing listed for $ 13 is a haircut for patrons over 60 years old (I am in my 20’s)– so where the $ 13 came from is beyond me. Frankly, it is illegal to make up prices and not follow the posted prices in a business, and I will make sure to inform supercuts of the behavior of this branch. When I asked to speak to the owner, to inform them about what their employees are doing (ostensibly lying to the public about prices), the owner refused to speak to me over the phone, and insisted the price was $ 13.
AVOID or make sure you ask for exact prices before your haircut, and don’t expect any extra service if you’re a repeat customer. I will never be returning.

I just have to give one star because to me customer service is just as important as the service provided. I went to this location to get my mom a haircut. It was Halloween at 4:50. I did not know they were closing early this day but the door was already locked and the blond woman that I have seen there many times before with the accent saw us standing there before it was 5:00. She acted as if she did not see us and didn’t even have the class to come to the door and apologize for the inconvenience. Or mostly. DO HER JOB. It was not closing time yet. Rude.

I don’t understand the point of calling ahead and when arriving the owner checks in someone who didn’t call ahead in front of me after I had already arrived first. If they are just going to take anyone when they walk in over those who already called in, there is no point to having people call in. I’ve had this problem a while ago and it was with the same person. In between, never had an issue. She should really learn how to operate a business or let others do it for her since she is very inept at doing so.

A supercuts is a supercuts. Some are worse than others but all and all their the same. This one is ran pretty well not alot of hassle or wait time. The place is clean although parking is crap. Went for a quick trim and didnt have time to book at a salon like usual. Came out great, quick, fast, cheap. The people that work there have an okay attitude. BUT there was a family that left after me that they bad mouth. Big no, no~ I dont care what they did take the gossip behind closed doors not in front of customers.

My Fiancé loves this shop, mainly because Nicole does an A-​mazing job on his hair. I highly recommend her! She does a great fade, leaves enough on the top, and does a great line up in the front. My fiancé has extremely curly hair, so some stylist forget to line up the front. and its doesn’t look as fresh… Great job Nicole!!!
Once he received a cut from someone else there, since Nicole was out that day. definitely not the same… he now calls in advance to ensure Nicole is the only one taming those locks.
Overall, for $ 20.00 including tip, its a great deal…
However, if you are a lady seeking a haircut… probably not the best choice. I personally went there once, and had a terrible experience. My hair is layered and so i asked for a trim. The hair dresser trimmed my longest layer and said ‘done’… hum… not quite… ever since I have not trusted them with my hair…

I am very particular about who cuts my hair. I would not trust SC to do anything other than clean my neck and ear line.
Take it from me… my first job at 15 was here. All the decent stylists moved on many many many years ago.
