I believe Howe from SF hits the nail on the head. These people are condescending and wholly unprofessional. Our experience with them was exactly like Howe’s. Rude, «we’re right, you’re wrong» and they simply don’t care what you say. But they seem to get away with it in this area so who am I to say they’re wrong. Oh, that’s right, I am(was) the customer. And the response by the owner included the quote of «being in business for 40 years» which I found odd as the owner seems to be about that age. Must have started at a very young age. He hasn’t learned much.

Wow. Just saw the response. It is so egregiously wrong that we need to outline the facts so others can decide if they would like to take a chance with this company. But, to us, it confirms the attitude this company has towards their customers — they put themselves first, not the customers. To start, there’s a huge difference between 1) being on the property 24/7, 2) being available if there are problems, and 3) actually showing up and doing what you are hired to do. What they failed to do was 2) and 3). No one asked them to do 1). Two months after we hired them, the PH level in our pool was off the charts, which was Healdsburg Pool’s responsibility to monitor and maintain. This triggered a series of subsequent incidents that caused the pool to be unusable. Yes, we are first time pool owners, and yes, we needed to understand whether the pool was safe to use and swim in. That’s why we hired a professional. What happened here was that the tech assigned to maintain our pool did not show up at times, consequently the PH level issue was gone unnoticed. This was the root cause of the issue. All the excuses about pool equipment warranty are irrelevant. You took our money, your tech did not do his job for two months, you should take responsibility for it. End of discussion. After many frustrating days, we did finally get to talk with the owner of the business, who told us it could take months, and possibly up to 2 years to get the PH level to settle down. Our property manager fired them. We hired a new company, and had everything sorted out within a week and a half. So much for 2 years to cure the PH level.
