McDonald’s

Our experience at Mcdonalds in Heber today was awful! The cashier was terrible. After we finally got the food we ordered (it took about 10 mins). She handed us our order with her fingers in the cups. We asked for new cups and she slammed it down on the counter. We walked away to fill our cups and the customer behind us cam to fill her drink. She said «boy, that lady is mad at you». We explained to her that we requested new cups because she had put her fingers in them. She said «as you walked away, she told you to kiss her ass».
She clearly has no customer service skills and should not bother working with the public.
We asked for the manager and told her what happened. The cashier had her back to us as we talked to the manager and turned around and denied she did anything wrong.
Maybe the Health Department should pay them a visit as fingers in drinks is a Health Code violation.

This location has improved some since the remodel, but several workers remain and therefore many of the problems simply just carried over. Many of the managers are usually curt and not seemingly happy to be there; this attitude is unpleasant when watching them handle any customer service situation. They still don’t stock ketchup out on the counter and they almost never ask if you want any. McDonald’s is no longer in the Entertainment Coupons, but even if they were this location would still have a problem with ringing in the mobile deals; «the owner doesn’t like mobile coupons.» in fact this location never participates in any of the National deals including the latest McDonald’s Tax Relief Day. I’ve sent a few text messages to them (Mcdonald’s prints the number on every receipt) and they never respond.

I swore I would never go back to this location, but let’s face it, I have four kids and it is convenient. Having gone back a few times now, I can tell you that McDonalds does a good job of paying attention to issues. I know that many bad reviews were being left on Unilocal,Facebook and other places.
They listened and have done a great job to improve the quality of their food prep as well as their service. They still seem a little slow at the point of order, but it is still much better than it was previously. The workers smile and are helpful and the food prep is better. They still have some work to do, but I’ve moved them from 1 star to 3 stars based on very noticeable changes.

The lady manager that was here at 2:20 PM on 3−29−15 was fantastic. She had his place running like clockwork. The second someone came in to order she directed employees to help. Orders came out fast. I ordered the usual burgers for the dogs and there was no problem. She understood exactly what I needed and it came packaged correctly without grease dripping all over. We ordered fries and the grease they were cooked in was fresh. I read earlier reviews and don’t know if this manager came in to fix things but don’t be hesitant to eat here. She has fixed what was obviously broken… At least on her shift!

The worst mcds I have stopped at ever. Took 10 min and the food was cold. the franchise should investigate this owner.

I ordered at McDonalds in Heber City. I made my order and pulled forward as directed and then sat and sat waiting and then was told to pull to the next window. I waited there for better than 10 minutes after already waiting 15 minutes at the first window. When I got back home the order was almost completely wrong. I had ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and we found a hot spices chicken patty on one of our double cheese burgers. Both of the chicken sandwiches were very hot and jalapeños, which I certainly did not order. My wife and I are elderly and handicapped so we could not run right back to make them make it right. It is unbelievable that anyone would run a business that.
I have gone back to this place and my wife and I ordered 2 ice cream sundaes. We went to first window as directed and sat for 15 minutes, no delivery and no acknowledgment of our rather large truck, so we pulled up to the second window with the same result. We finally pulled up to the last window and after sitting there for another 5 minutes, we yelled and ponder on the window, still nothing. We went to the next level of honking until someone came and provided us with our two partially melted Sundaes. I would have just left after the first window, but they already had the money. Perhaps they should turn that around a pay them after you get your food as ordered. The weren’t even busy, not that any excuse for poor service. I hope I don’t become needy enough to go there again. If you like to be ignored, then this place is for you.

I’m giving a review of the McDonald’s staff (I deal with in the morning). I’m called by my name, every morning with friendly hello’s and smiles, quick orders and really doing a great job and super nice to me! Love them and my mocha-​frappé! Thanks a.m. crew of awesomeness! It’s a friendly way to start my day!
Please keep in mind, they’re people who are not paid well, and take regular-​abuse from people. I try making others happy and things always go smoother… Ya catch more flies with honey, darlings.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Slow. Slow. Slow. Never in my life have I hated mcdonalds so badly.

This place is a joke. I don’t typically have very high expectations for fast food places, but this one is especially bad.
The food is typical mcdys, you’ll get what you expect. The issue is the service. Every time I have been here it takes FOREVER. The employees have horrible communication skills and are very disorganized.
As I write this review I am sitting in the drive thru waiting for my drinks… still. I have been here 15 minutes and counting. Ridiculous.
