Went here on a friends recommendation to get the kids new soccer gear. Customer service was a little iffy. Selection of youth soccer cleats wasn’t great. Girl at the check out did give me 10% off though, so that was nice. Store is small and merchandise is very crowded.

I will never come to the big 5 store again. Customer service is horrible! Isabella is rude I didn’t like her attitude didn’t want to honor my coupon. I purchase items here all the time and she was RUDE!!! Poor attitude. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Romero helped us for over half an hour. His customer service was terrific. He should be managing the place if he’s not already. He had great knowledge of the products/​guns and ammo. He explained everything clearly for this novice. I would certainly recommend this Big 5 because of him!

They didn’t have a lot to choose from, but I did find 2 items I needed. Probably won’t come back for ammo, their prices are a little higher than your local Walmart. Small store with 1 cashier ringing, long wait just to checkout.

This is a great place to go if you know what you need and can get in and get out. If you need help with anything, you could have an issue. Customer service hasn’t always been the greatest, but they usually have some good sales going on.

When in Hemet and needing certain items Big 5 is a good place. It seems they always carry ammo I do not find at other stores when they have it in stock. Staff is friendly and helpful in getting you what you need. I came here mainly for a bore sight, however I happened to purchase a fishing/​gun cabinet, sun glasses some ammo, and pellets too. On certain items Big 5 is very competitive!

Not impressed. Ammo is at a premium and good luck getting 22LR at a reasonable price. Just get whats on the add and leave. There is no customer service. It seems like I’m asking for the world if I want a size that is not on the floor. I feel like Im inconveniencing them… I’m done with this place.

If you want sports equipment this is the place. But they have small varieties. For example I needed shoes for running long distance track. They only had one kind and it was in a terrible color. They didn’t have racing flats either. But they do have everything you need for whatever sport you partake in.

I went over here because the ad had a sale on Avia running shoes for $ 29.99. I looked around and it’s your typical Big 5 with all the sports gear and accessories that you need. I went to the shoe section and found some other Avia’s for $ 19.99. They had my size and it was such a great deal. 4 stars for having other sales not listed in the ad.
