Crowd Seats

Terrible service. Never responded to my e-​mail to them asking when I would get my e-​ticket. Would not recommend. Never received my e-​ticket to Barry Manilow for June 17, order number 934−093−922; had to buy at the box office. A SCAM! This review will remain posted until I receive a full refund for the amount I paid.

This on-​line ticket sales company stinks!!! We purchased tickets to the Eagles for a concert in Oklahoma City from them. We then received a phone call saying those particular seats weren’t available and they tried to change us to cheaper tickets. However, any refund would have taken weeks to be returned. Instead, they «gave» us supposed more expensive seats at the same price we’d paid orignially.
The tickets were to be mailed on or about the Thursday, May 14^th, before the concert on the following Wednesday, May 20^th. We explained we would be traveling and would arrive at the concet directly on our return trip. Our mailbox is three hours from the concert city. E-​tickets could be sent, but the seller, Crowded Seats, could not guarantee when they would arrive from their distributor. Again, it was explained we would be traveling and printing E-​tickets after our trip began would be difficult. Finally, we were guaranteed E-​tickets would arrive via email on or about the 18^th of May, two days before the concert. They did not arrive. After another phone call, we were assured the tickets should arrive before the close of business the next day, the 19^th, ONE day before the concert.
The tickets did arrive. When checking the seating chart at the Chesapeake Arena in Oklahoma City, it was discovered that the original tickets had been for seats directly facing the stage. The supposed more expensive-​seats-​for-​the-​same-​price scam now had us seated BEHIND the stage. When the tickets were finally printed, they clearly say Ticketmaster at the top, and Crowded Seats is just a charlatain middle man. And still yet, what printed out are not the section and seats we were given the second time around. The whole interaction with this company has been shady, suspicious and now beyond irritating. We can only hope to upgrade to other available seats once we arrive at the venue.
