Best thick burger we have had in the Vegas/​Henderson area. Yes it is expensive but not anymore expensive than other burger places with crappy food. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. We will be back. Thank you to the cook and the staff.

Paid $ 36+ for two burgets, fries, onion rings, and two drinks and waited 25 minutes for our food. We ended up getting our food to go because it took so long. When we got to the car the onion rings were cold. We will not be returning to this location.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was a good one. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The onion rings were cooked to perfection. Yes, the burgers are a little pricy, but it’s entirely your choice on whether you’re willing to pay them. I live down the street and will be returning.

The rudest worst service ever. Not only was the guy at the counter rude and told my brother «no, it’s too late» when he wanted to change his drink to a shake before the order was even sent in, he also got the order completely wrong and got nasty when we asked for it to be corrected. Unacceptable!

Only giving 3 stars because the food is so delicious and staff was friendly. But the menu is way overpriced, even for a casino. Plus, there were only 2 people working on a busy holiday weekend. It took way too long for just a burger and chili fries. The staff was doing the best they could so I don’t blame them. This is definitely a management issue. This burger joint has been here for a long time, they should know it is going to be busy 4th of July weekend. However, the burger was delicious as always and chili fries were excellent.

I was expecting the same experience that I normally get from Fat Burger in Los Angeles. The onion rings were the only item that was as good as the ones I have had previously. The burger just wasn’t the same. Gritty texture and under seasoned. The worst part was the bun which was stale. Kudos to the wait staff who were extra friendly. I would have complained but my order was to go and I was too far away to drive back when I discovered the substandard food.

I should’ve just stuck with In & Out. They’ve never done me wrong. I decided to give Fatburger a try since I never had one. I didn’t care for them. The patty was kind of crumbly and tasted a bit like the homemade ones I make. The bread was not good and I tossed one of them out. Also, they were too pricey, and I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay extra for things such as cheese. This really jacks up the price. In & Out is just one low price for a delicious burger. Also, the staff were just standing around and yakking with each another. This was annoying when they were around me when I was eating. I had to also disturb their gossip time to wipe my table, which they should’ve taken care of instead of yakking.

Who ever says burgers or anything on their menu are good are all FAT LIE! 2 something dollars for a flat drink is unacceptable and everything are over prized! $ 4 for onion rings and oh 10 bucks for a plain burger kids meal?! Are you kidding me?! Definitely NOT coming back and absolutely not recommending this place.

The veggie burgers here are AMAZING! We ended up eating here a couple times late night & the guys that cook late are super nice, friendly, funny, awesome & the food tasted great!
The boca burgers are really good & full of flavor, with all the veggies added & a side of fries, it’s all I was craving at 2am!
Its nice to find a burger place that knows how to also make veggie burgers really well!

I had it two times and the first time it was good. This time the fries were great but the burger was cold and dry. Told them no pickles came with them piled on it. I didn’t see them cook it on the grill fresh it was slapped together and passed out the drive through in less then three minutes. Last time it took about ten min but was hot and fresh. This makes me realize how important Hot and Fresh all the time is. Never coming back after this bad burger:(

Service was great, thr only thing I cannot complain about.
Burgers were dry, overcooked, and tasteless.
We were less than impressed.
And if anyone likes this burger joint… then you haven’t tried a good burger.
Go with 5 Guys. They have amazing burgers.

Had a really good experience at this particular Fatburger. Great onion rings! Yes, it takes 10-​ish minutes for your made-​to-​order food and I paid $ 13 for everything, so you could say it takes twice as long and costs twice as much as McDonalds — but its also twice as good IMO.

First and last time I’ll eat at fat burger! Came out of the movie Theater and ordered two cheese burgers order of fat fries and a soda $ 19. Dollars. The burger was dry and tasteless, fries were tasty! After we got home felt sick and lots of indigestion! Very disappointed!

Dirty tables and floors. Cashier had no clue what she was doing. Dumb basically and tried to overcharge me $ 2 for a salad. No water cups at the cashier counter so she said she couldn’t give me a cut for water. Her boss had to tell her to go in the back and get some. Had no clue about military discount either. The manager was very accomodating. Boy does she have her work cut out for her!

Fail burger, 13 $ for a burger fries and coke?, a 15 min wait only to find out they gave my order a way. a half hearted apology from the frycook who is either high or drunk. The manager and staff seem like they rather be somewhere else

Came here and hour before they closed and it took us about 7 mins to finally get our food which isn’t bad. But once we got it my friends burger was completely wrong so we had to complain and get it remade. Then that took a little bit more time. So by the time we got that burger back they were trying to rush us so they could clean and get out of work. I’m sorry but I do work in the service industry and that is not good guest service. It’s ok I won’t be back to this location

Nothing spectacular about this burger. I used to love fat burger for the food, not the prices but my meal was not as I remembered. The burger was under seasoned and the egg was wayyyy over cooked. Even the onion rings were nasty. The only thing that made it worth while was the shake, still one of my favorite fast food shakes and probably the only thing I will return to get.

I like Fatburger. Their ingredients are of a higher quality than most quick service burger joints, they have Coke Zero on tap at their all you can drink soda fountain, they are open 24 hours and I like my meat well done. It’s a win-​win situation for me. This location is inside the Sunset Station casino, making it a great place for a late night snack or a quick dinner before catching a movie. The prices are higher than other spots (it’s in a casino with a captive audience, people!) but I think the value is still there. What other burger places do you know that have Grey Poupon mustard, swiss cheese, chili, fried egg and relish as toppings? You’ll pay extra for the premium add-​ons but it’s worth it (bonus tip: order a side BOWL of chili for a few extra bucks; you’ll get 10 times the amount you’d get if you just order a scoop on top of your burger). Plenty of seating and always open.
