Avalon Woodland Park

I love the location, the management staff, and the feel of the neighborhood. Last Wednesday at 10 a.m. I reported that my tub faucet was slow redirecting water to the showerhead. When I returned from work, the faucet had been replaced and it worked better than ever. Even though this is an older property, I really feel it’s a great value!

I never write reviews. I have always thought it was better to let managers know of an issue so it could be resolved instead of spending my time writing reviews.
However, The employees of this apartment complex do not care or listens to customer requests or needs. They have a high disregard for clientele sentiment.
Everyone in the leasing office as well as the management team are all in the same boat. They have their own team and customers are not in it.
It is very sad.

Avalon woodland Park is beautiful, clean, and safe.
I just moved in and had a easy time moving in I signed my lease without seeing the apt in person (just a skype tour by the accommodating friendly staff). When I came home I must say the skype tour did not do my apt unit justice! the cathedral ceilings were beautiful, and give the space an open feel, we have a partial view of the blue ridge mountains, and a gas fireplace that makes me look forward to the winters here. My kitchen is spacious and the cabinets are wide and deep. the sink is standard, wish it was deeper but its shallow double sink, but there is a dishwasher and the convenience of in unit laundry– full size might i add! the location is very convenient, they have a bus and only only stop away from the metro, grocery and shopping directly across the street. community amenities include pool, sand volleyball net, playground. Also the pool is prettier than pictured.
