Papa John’s Pizza

How does this garbage even stay open here? Would rather eat the box it comes in than the pizza made in a toaster oven. But once you leave the east coast these kind of shit places do well. This is trailer park college campus food. GROSS!!!

I live in Brooklyn were we have the best pizza in the world. Came out to see my mom. on 11÷18÷15 The mom & pop pizza out here sucks. But papa Johns is the best bet pizza was so good. Fast delivery 5 stars! Loved it.

Will never be coming here again. Ordered online and picked up from store. The pizza had a long hair on it! Gross right? But then I check my cheesy bread and another hair under it. So disgusting. Paid 22 dollars to throw it out. Total waste of money! Stay away or go to mulberry st across from Broadway mall They have great authentic pizza, are more reasonably priced and a lot cleaner!

Makes me wonder why I considered coming here when we have actually good pizza places in the area.

Let me start by saying this location is HORRIBLE, I ordered online and placed an order for one pizza and a few other items!
Totaling $ 30 with tax, delivery fee and tip! The delivery guys only job is to make sure the items in their bag match up to the receipt… Easy right!!! Apparently not at this place! And I guess that why this kid is delivering pizza and will probably retire doing this too!
He stood at my door with smug look on his face and told me he forgot my 4 other items!!!
I think papa johns Hicksville lost another customer!

Every time I place an online order and select garlic sauce with cheese sticks I get the standard pizza sauce. It’s not like there’s a miscommunication – its right there in front of them. It’d be great if they would actually READ the order. Pretty much done with this place.

They charge a delivery fee and I tipped the driver 10%. Driver ended up standing by my door asking for more tip. What the hell is the delivery fee for? No more papa johns for me.

If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. This place’s customer service is utter garbage. I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery, and after one hour of waiting I finally received a phone call from the driver. The driver told me he was at the parking lot and instructed me to come pick up the food. I live in a dormitory on a nearby college campus, and it takes roughly five minutes to walk to the parking lot. When I finally got to the parking lot, I looked around for him, but he was not there.
I called him back to ask him where he was. He simply repeated that he was at the parking lot. I asked him if he was perhaps at the wrong parking lot and tried directing him to the proper location. Instead, the driver gave me an attitude hung up on me. I tried calling him back, but he kept on hanging up on me. Then, I called the store to see if someone there could help. The man in the store was of no help, either. He also gave me a major attitude – even worse than the driver’s attitude.
Eventually, after being outside for ten minutes in the rain, I told the man at the store I didn’t want the pizza anymore, because it took too long. The man did not even try apologizing or anything of the sort to me. The man immediately angrily replied «okay, bye» and abruptly hung up on me.

I have used these location couple of time but every time I would give them one star less. The customer service sucks, no phone skills.

The quality of pizza is not an issue. Meaning we live in NY, know what pizza is supposed to be like, and have plenty of local shops that can make great pies. So if you order papa johns it’s because you don’t need quality, you need convenience pizza. Having said that, there is nothing convenient with delivery that takes longer than an hour (constantly, not just special days I. e Super Bowl), lack of response when you call for updates on your order, and worse no apology ever for a delivery that took too long, whether verbal or in monetary form. This location is just atrocious in their service and I would suggest it not be patronized.

Fast-​food pizza. I won’t complain about delivery since I never use it. The only time to ever get Papa John’s is when a real pizzeria is a little too inconvenient. I have a pizza saved in their App, so I can order from the road, swing by and pick it up on my way home. Otherwise, here in Hicksville I’d always go to Raimo’s for real pizza. Also, the CEO is a fascist right-​wing jackass who doesn’t believe in trickle-​down economics or health care for his employees, so I try and avoid Papa John’s as much as possible in any case. Strictly for pizza «emergencies» only.

Every time we order from this place they screw something up. Maybe it is because they can barely speak English. I ordered 24 wings and bread sticks with 4 things of blue cheese. Well i got my wings and no blue cheese called up and the manager hung up on me .I do not know how they screw an order that was made online especially when they have a written copy of the order. i will never order from papa johns ever again. over priced fast crap food. the only time we order is when we are drinking and can not drive. from now on i will buy wings from a proper place ahead of time. we were good customers and it’s a shame that there customer service sucks.
