Had a incident with a Mechanic from this company this morning in Hoboken on River Street by the Post Office. He was in Truck 27 and was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. I was at a red light and he was blowing his horn for me to move. He then told me to go F***my self and move. The most disturbing thing about this incident is the Tech opened the van door and wanted to get into an altercation in the middle of the street. I am in the HVAC industry and I have never seen anything like this, How is this person in the service industry. They were not doing work for me but I would NEVER use this company after experiencing the treatment from this Tech. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR…

My AC stopped functioning the hottest weekend of the year. Called Aeromark based on a recommendation. When scheduling an appointment, they asked what was wrong, advised what could be wrong without actually coming in. Told them I wanted someone ASAP. They advised waiting until work hours if I could as it would reduce the bill. Frank showed up timely and professionally. He was in and out with a complete service in less than one hour. Would highly recommend to anyone.
