worst service ever. I bought contact lenses from this place because this place accepts my insurance. However, a lot of the lenses were defective. My eyes were irritated and they hurt so much after I put the lenses in. I had to take them out, I saw holes in the lenses. After that, I always check the lenses before I put them in. However, a lot of the contacts I bought from this place were defective!!! I bought a year supply because otherwise they wouldn’t give me any discount. I thought probably I had a bad batch.
Today I walked in and wanted to get a pair of glasses. The guy over there had a terrible attitude. I tried on a few pairs and didn’t like any of them. When I went to the bathroom, he complaint about me to another girl. My boyfriend heard what he said and both of us were very upset. I will never go to this place anymore and will not recommend this place. All of us deserve better!

Excellent eye doctor! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Have seen both doctors and they are fantastic. Nice selection of glasses too.

This was my first visit to EyeShapes. I live in the area and do my best to support local business. I called on Tuesday and had an appointment on Thursday morning. Dr. Kansky was thorough and took her time to explain everything to me and made sure to run extra tests due to my history. She was easy to talk to and I really enjoyed our conversation. I highly suggest trying EyeShapes!

Really nice experience here. Everyone that works here is pleasant, smiling, and professional. I’ve seen both doctors and they are extremely nice and personable. They were honest about what I needed and didn’t try to push extras. Highly recommended.
