I’ve eaten there many times. I always have the #9 pastrami. This time I paid with a. $ 20 dollar bill. They tried to give me change for $ 15.00. Watch what they give you back and count your change.

The food here isn’t bad but the service is so slow. I’m on a limited diet at the moment and have gone here recently for their soups. I always have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes even when there is only one person ahead of me. Like some of the other lackluster businesses here in Hollister, this TOGO’s is saved by a captive customer base who would otherwise have to drive 14+ miles to find something better.

Ordered the #8 meat.just cheese, really Also ordered # 24 no. avocado, really Never coming here again, if you can’t follow a simple online order get a job elsewhere. At least subway get there online order correct. And when you call to complain they actually hang up on you What kind of business are you running Going to contact corporate. Order number 319089

I have no problem with the food. It’s the same as it always was so I have no complaints there. I do have a problem one employee: Celestial. I went to Hollister’s Togo’s today with my daughter. A young lady named Gigi took our order and began making our sandwiches. She was very nice and polite but I could tell she was nervous and a little unsure of what she was doing. She was obviously new but she was doing her best. Hovering behind here was Celestial. She was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. When I asked Gigi what bread choices there were and if they had multi-grain, Celestial rudely interrupted and told me in a loud, sarcastic voice that they only had wheat. I asked, «Only wheat? You don’t have any other kinds of bread?» She said they did and I had to ask her to tell me what they were. Then, Celestial turned on Gigi and critiqued her on very minor issues such as not putting on vegetables fast enough, throwing away a piece of paper, and not knowing the exact second amount to toast the sandwich. She wasn’t helping her but picking on her. What a bully! I admired Gigi’s poise and aplomb in this very stressful environment. Anyway, Gigi finished the sandwiches and handed them over with a cheerful smile. She is going to be a very good employee — but while Celestial continues to work there, we will not visit again.

I want to thank Togos for doing an awesome job last Sunday. We had a baby shower for my daughter and ordered 3 trays of sandwiches. Everyone loved them and the trays were beautiful. Thank to the manager you followed through on your word.

I love Togo’s and so do my picky kids! I like the $ 3 mini sandwich option. just the right size if you’re not super hungry or you have kids. The staff right now is a fun group and actually seems like they enjoy their job lol sometimes I feel the place needs a little wipe down. I usually take it to go.

Love their endless combinations. Choose a half sandwich and soup or salad or soup and half a salad. Hot roast beef, turkey and cheese, hot pastrami, and the Italian are classics. Make any salad a wrap.

I used to like togos when I worked there in the late 90’s. I liked it when they used a miracle whip style dressing. Since then, they have changed the bread, dressing, and quality of meats. For what you get, it’s not worth paying almost $ 8.00. The Hollister togos is a little small, but staff there are very friendly, and the place is very clean, with a large selection of sandwiches.

Togo’s is always my favorite, regardless of location. Large 21 avacado with cheese for me… I go to this one often.

Sandwiches are good but not great. Produce was average but the service was distracted and slow.

Grabbed a sandwich before work yesterday. Quick, friendly service! Had a chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat: very yummy. Have never eaten at Togos before, but I guarantee I’ll be back!

This place used to be better. Over the years, the flavor of the food as well as the service has managed to decline severely. This last time I visited, I had another less than favorable experience …(I’ve been fair and given it a few shots each year) Firstly, the establishment is uncomfortably small. The tables are not very accommodating for families and the proximity of the line to the tables is a little close for comfort. Secondly, some(not all) of the staff is less than attentive. This is problematic when ordering foods in a very specific manner(i.e for food allergies ect.) In the case of myself and my parents on our most recent visit, we found one individual to be … distracted, to say the least. He asked our separate orders one at a time, but still couldn’t manage to get a handle on what he was doing or remember what he had asked. EACH of us had to REPEAT the order to him no less than 3 times. in the end, he still managed to mess up my dad’s order and burned my mother’s. Even though he burned my mom’s sandwich, he STILL bagged it and served it to her. I’m shocked. This place needs a make-over. Inside and out. Honestly, I’m sad quiznos is no longer around, and that subway’s only appeal is it’s price. Sorry i’m not sorry, but Best Of Times Café is probably your best bet for sandwiches. Price, flavor and quality service… you just can’t beat that.

Second time here on a Friday evening and only girls were working. They were all super friendly and I got greeted in the first five seconds(Which is really important in customer service! lol) The service was fast and the food was good as usual. Will be back.

I had not been to this restaurant for several years and had been meaning to try going again and I did that just today(March 3). It was Sunday and it wasn’t very busy. Since I hadn’t been here for a while, it took me a while to decide as I had to re-familiarize myself with the menu. Service went good. I now know I have to get here more often :-)

Togo’s is like Subway and Quiznos, and better then both of them. But it’s not quite Pot Belly good. They have a nice menu of hot and cold sandwiches, grilled ones, and wraps. They are made pretty well. The service is good and they are very quick. I wish they brought Togo’s out east and did in Subway and Quiznos.

I first went to this Togo’s about a year ago, and have been maybe a half dozen times since then. It was not the best Togo’s I ever went to, so I was not entirely surprised to see the ownership changed. Eventually I gave it another shot and found the service quality and particularly the cleanliness of the store had improved. Well actually I have to admit I know the new manager and that they took me, so I imagine I got the best service possible. Even if they wanted to catch the employees off-guard, things like cleanliness can’t be fixed in a minute when they see the manager walking in the door! I also believe little things like cleanliness of the prep and eating areas really show how well the store is run. The only slack I give is during major lunch rushes when they can’t clear tables fast enough… I used to be a secret shopper for Togo’s, have visited at least 25 different locations, and am happy to see that this store now better reflects the Togo’s quality I know and love.
