Just ordered from grub hub and got a delivery from this place… all I can say is thank god for grub hub’s great customer service. The food we received was pretty much inedible. Steak tips were no where near anything that resembled a steak tip. They were thin burnt chewy slices of some obscure cut of beef. I’m not sure how an Italian restaurant can screw up garlic bread but this place sure did!!! It was not fresh and clearly garlic powder not even fresh garlic used to make garlic bread. The kids meals that we ordered for the kids were iced cold chicken fingers and french fries. They ate them because they are 5 and 7 and don’t really care but it was a pretty sad excuse for chicken tenders. We certainly would have done better with a chicken nugget meal from McDonald’s. The kicker was that we gave them a $ 5 tip on the app when we paid and the delivery driver stood there and looked at us. I told her we already tipped her and she just pointed at the bill then sat in front of the house for several minutes. Grub hub called the restaurant and told them about this terrible experience and the restaurant refused to refund us for our $ 30 worth of inedible food. Thankfully grub hub and their good service refunded us for this gross food. If 0 stars was an option that would be what this place would get.

Delicious!!! First time ordering from here. Ordered online and loved it. Ordered cheese pizza for after school and my kids and myself loved it. Our new favorite spot around!

I don’t understand this place, we ordered pizza twice, for delivery, and twice, they thought it was for pickup. The one time we ordered in the restaurant and took the pizza home, it tasted pretty good but unless they open up online ordering I will not be back.

This is Neapolitan style pizza which I feel like might cause some confusion if you don’t know that. It is not Domino’s. I’m not above eating Domino’s(trust me!) but this is a very different style pizza. I happen to like it. Pros: price is right, lunch was fast, single slices of pizza are GIANT and taste was so good! They have cannolis filled to order on site(I did not have one but I liked the idea of filling them fresh instead of having them sit there all day). The lunch special is a good deal. Cons: Tiny inside so there is only one small table to sit at(seems like more of a to-go or delivery place). Menu is not on the wall for easy viewing but they have paper copies of their menu at the counter.

Ordered a Tuscany gluten free pizza and home fries. Order was delivered quickly. Fries never came while the pizza was the worst I have ever eaten in my life. I have had my share of bad food but this takes the cake because of the claim of organic and all natural food in the menu. Skip this place and save your money. Apathy and disregard to food quality is not what customers want. I rarely write reviews online but downloaded the Unilocal app to write this review.

I’ve ordered from Mangia 4 or 5 times in the past year. In the instances I’ve gone to get the pizza, I was pretty happy. Out of the ordinary pizza options, and while I’d agree that the quantity/distribution of the toppings is inconsistent, they’ve always been delicious. However, each time that I’ve attempted to have the pizza delivered it has been an absolutely debacle. I don’t believe the people running this shop have very good business sense, or they are making the wrong hiring decisions. The first time we went with delivery, it took twice as long as projected(60 vs 30 mins) and the food was cold/soggy upon arrival. The second time, we were told it would take 40 mins, called at the 60 minute mark and were told it was headed out the door, called back at the 90 minute mark and the girl on the other end of the phone had no idea where the driver way or how much longer the delivery might take. I kindly told her that in the future, if they know they are slow with deliveries, they should give customers the heads up and encourage pick ups(we only live 2 miles away, but were hosting a birthday party and opted for the convenience of delivery). I ultimately told her we didn’t want the food and would find another way to feed the people at the party. She apologized and assured me she wouldn’t charge me for the order. Two days later, the debit showed up on my banking statement.

Large pepperoni pizza had 12 slices of pepperoni on the whole thing. Math on that: 2 slices of pepperoni per slice of pizza. No buneo

If I could give 0 stars I would do it. Horrible service. Massive incompetence — a stunning inability, beyond imagination, to get an order right. I recommend avoiding this establishment if you want what your order as stated and desire to be treated as a customer. Avoid or be disappointed!

I called to order a Barbecue Chicken pizza and asked what else they put on it because I don’t eat pork. They never mentioned that they put bacon on it and it wasn’t visible. I made it through half a slice before I tasted it. Never going back.

Delicious and a great value. My husband’s calzone was literally half a pizza box in size. The specialty salads are great and my daughters fought over the mozzarella sticks. Plus-delivery in less than 20 mins!

The BBQ chicken pizza and buffalo chicken pizzas were very good. Plus this is a great place to come for the lunchtime sandwich special. The service and quality has improved since they reopened.

I walked in to pick up a phone-in order the other day, and the instant turn-off for me was seeing one of he employees slicing up Market Basket sausage. The label on the wrapper was in plain sight. And, there was another unopened package sitting there. Fortunately, I had just ordered a couple plain cheese pizzas. I still had some time to kill as my order wasn’t yet ready — so for kicks I brought up their website on my phone, and was struck by the sentence, and I quote, «We use all natural ingredients, many organic and locally grown.» Market Basket sausage. Enough said. As for my cheese pizzas, they were as bland as bland could be … but perhaps it was the quality of the locally grown ingredients.

I really disliked the pizza at Mangia, a lot. My wife did like it, but I refuse to go back. The service was fine, the pizza was done on time, those are the only things they have going for them.

Worst Pizza Ever! This place opens across the street from Bertuccis and serves pizza that is this horrible, there is no chance of it surviving. Also when you call to order, your constantly placed on «hold» for long periods of time and when you walk in you realize it is not because they are busy, it is because the entire place is staffed with high school kids too busy chatting to take your order. We tried pizza from here on multiple occasions and it was absolutely horrible every time, soggy, wet and just not worth it! I had high hopes for this restaurant as Bertucci’s is overprized for Pizza but unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this restaurant!

I can only write about their gluten-free pizza as that’s all I’ve tried. Before going here, I called to find out what they do to ensure no cross-contamination occurs between the gluten-free pizza and the regular pizza. They told me the pizza crust was frozen and made off-site and that they have the salad prep person prepare the pizza since they’re not around flour as much. They bake the pizza in a separate oven. When it’s delivered, it comes wrapped in a separate plastic bag. The pizza itself is the best gluten-free pizza I’ve had at a restaurant(or any of the grocery store brands). It’s very thin crust. They recommended using just cheese as a topping to be the most safe about cross-contamination.
