A Action Better Built Trans

It has been one year and one month since A Action rebuilt the transmission on my 1999 Honda
Accord.The transmission has been working great. I brought the car back twice for some minor leaks and the management actually seemed a bit sad for me that I had to bring the car back in after the rebuild. They of course made the repairs free of charge the last one being made when the repair warranty had recently expired. More than this though is the fact that everyone I have come in contact with seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best possible customer service. What I mean is the no excuse way they take full responsibility for the work they do. Also letting me know the best time for me to bring the car in so it gets fixed in record time and in deference to my schedule. They even offered to give me a ride home when I had none and could’nt get a taxi to pick me up. This shop does a fantastic job and all the employees are very nice people. The last time I was there the manager said they have begun to offer brake service along with the transmission jobs. I am confident that service will also be top notch. I rarely take the time to write a review but I just felt I owed then a little bit of my time after they did such a great job on my car and treated me so well.

When it comes to car maintenance I always want my baby running in tip top shape. That’s why a «check engine» light is alarming to me. After the «check engine code» was found to be a transmission problem I went to a mechanic. They referred me to Aaction Transmission.
When I arrived there the «check engine» light was already off, so it was hard to show them.
Dan introduced himself and offered to take my car for a spin to help detect the problem. As we drove around he checked to make sure the transmission was working properly. It seemed to be.
When we returned he had the high quality diagnostic computer hooked up to my car to make sure nothing was missed. The transmission code was no longer there. They did not charge me extra for this.
I have been to many different auto and transmission repair businesses in the past. I have already been quoted ridiculously high prices for repairs that weren’t needed.
I am grateful to Dan and the staff at Aaction Transmissions for their honesty and knowledge of cars and transmissions.
