One star for speed. They’re fast, though the product suffers ALOT!
I took 4 suits, two black. The black jackets are covered in tiny white crap. I don’t even know what it is. I tried using a lint roller and that doesn’t seem to work.
I also took 3 dresses to press only., needless to say all the dresses have wrinkles throughout. They charged me $ 11 per dress and I’m not even sure what I paid for.
My fiancé gets his white button down shirts washed there and he seems happy, but I don’t think the establishment can handle items any more complicated than a button down.

STAY AWAY! $ 5.00 for washing n drying shirt, n ironing! Plain robbery… Seems there is no standard pricing!!!

I brought this place two dresses, one to be taken in and a bridesmaid dress to be shortened to right above my knee. One week later I returned to pick them up and it was a disaster!!! My one dress was still too big and I couldn’t wear it to the wedding I was attending that weekend. Not a huge deal but very unfortunate. My other dress, the bridesmaid dress, was for a wedding in 4 weeks and ended up being completely ruined. Instead of shortening it to above the knee, they shortened it so much the bottom of my butt cheeks were showing! I couldn’t get a new bridesmaid dress because production was 13 weeks. The receptionist told me I would be completely refunded but they wouldn’t give me a check for 6 weeks. I was promised it on two occasions so I drove the 100 mile round trip from the Keys to get my check and they actually didn’t have it. The owner was awful to deal with! So rude and didn’t feel bad that she ruined my dress. She wouldn’t give me the money because she said she didn’t ruin my dress and the person who did left the country. I was then told it would be mailed to me and it never was. I found out the check was at the shop and they wanted me to drive another 100 miles to get it. This place have me the biggest headache!!! Go anywhere else!

Had a two piece suit dry cleaned for only $ 13! Best price and so much more reasonable than SPOT Cleaners which charged me $ 20 for the same thing.

i have never had such good service at a dry cleaners!!! Indira is one of the clerks there and she always make you feel at home at makes an effort to learn your name and stuff. very quick service and not expensive. They offer a variety of services like laundry and alterations also. They have helped me outta many a jams when i need a suit and shirt in a day without extra fees,
