While the breakfast menu is awesome the drive thru service is worse than pathetic. I’ve tried this place 2 times for breakfast this week and each and every time I waited in line longer than 20 min before my order was taken. Seriously who has time for that when you can run down the street and go to Sneaky Petes and be in and out in 3 minutes. I wanted to like Hamburger Heaven I really did but the service and timing is unacceptable and last week when I could wait in line for 20 minutes I was told no cheese allowed on the breakfast sandwich. Wait… You serve hamburgers with cheese but it’s not allowed in a bacon egg and mayo (toast sandwich)? I’m not going here ever again. Blah!

This is my breakfast spot! You can’t go wrong with the breakfast bowls at this place! Very yummy! I normally have the bacon bowl, which is pretty much grits, eggs, cheese, and crumbled bacon on top Life in a bowl! You win HH!

Terrible service. I arrived at 7 pm. People are still seated at tables and eating. All of the doors were locked despite clear signage that says «open» and that closing was at 8. Once I was noticed, the employee began waving here arm at me, mouthing «We’re closed»

This was one of my first stops for lunch at my new work location.
The burgers are fresh and juicy!!! Heaven? maybe… but the corn balls are great.
Who would have thought you could deep fry cream corn…
I know it sounds like it would not be good, but trust me these were great!!!
All in all it is a decent place to eat, reminds you of a hardies type place but with extras.
This is going to be one of my top choices when i am craving a great burger!!!

This particular location seems to have difficulty in not providing bacon, milkshakes, and washing soap to their customers.
Upon asking, it’s always the same answer. «We didn’t order enough». People, please. It’s soap!

This place is right by one of my offices and I’ve tried it a few times. I am not impressed. The burgers are so so for the price, and the fries are a greasy mess. But the staff are friendly, so they do get an extra star for that!

This place makes burgers that remind me of the hamburgers my church group used to make at the county fair food stand they had every year at the Cassia County Fair in Idaho when I was growing up.
SO needless to say I’ve eaten here a bunch of time, I love it!

Really good burger! I stopped in to Hamburger Heaven and tried the #4 combo which consists of a Cheeseburger, fries, & a large drink. The place was really clean & the service was really fast (got mine to go). It is decorated with interesting memorabelia from the University of Alabama & Auburn. All in all, it was a good meal — the drink was cold, the fries were average, but the burger was pretty dang good! BIG burger!
The only drawback was that I paid a little over $ 8.00 for the combo and only realized after the fact that the drink cost me over 2 bucks!
Nice place to get a burger!

Pros:
Not very busy and foot was fast.
Cons:
Got there too early for a burger and got breakfast which was only slightly better than McDonalds. We will try again one day for lunch.

Burgers are good, made to order with more toppings that you can imagine. Fries are good. Chili-​Cheese Fries are a good option. Onion rings are average… Overall a solid choice for a quick burger.
