I love Fossil Products and the best place to buy them at is FOSSIL WAIKIKI. You seriously feel like you have a personal shopper with you.
LOCATION
The store is in a cute corner and is very small; 10 people would make the store seemed packed. Everything in the store is compacted, but very organized. All the men and women selections are on their own sides and all the watches are displayed very neatly. I have ever seen a mess or products not in an orderly fashion. All of their leather goods are also in neat little sections, but can be easily observed. The only downfall is parking. I am unsure where we are supposed to park, they also don’t have a public restroom in the near vicinity. Parking and public restrooms in Waikiki is not a reason to knock off a start though; almost every store is like that in Waikiki so it wouldn’t be something to hold against them.
SERVICE
Amazing! The workers here really know their products and style for each individual. They start off with casual talk and get a sense of what you are looking for and your style. Then they start to suggest products that fit your lifestyle. For example, I talked about traveling while I was looking at a watch and the friendly worker suggested a passport case. I never even thought of buying a passport case, but it was an amazing idea. I have been thinking of getting one of their passport cases ever since; I just need to get a passport first. The service here is on point.
VARIETY
Like I stated above, the store is compact and organized very neatly and holding mainly the newer product lines. Thus, if you want an older style, you may have to go to the Ala Moana Store. Also, they are always willing to check for other colors online and you could order it or they could send you over to the Ala Moana Store with the product you want on hold. So in the end, you can come to the Waikiki store to try out things with more privacy and then head over to the Ala Moana Store for a particular item if they didn’t have it in stock.
I think it is worth it going to Fossil Waikiki. The workers here are awesome and very welcoming.

This Fossil is at the beginning of the shopping strip of Kalakaua. You are forewarned, it’s flipping tiny!
But despite the cube like store, they carry as much as Ala Moana. Men’s on the left, women’s on the right.
The workers are awesome. Totally helpful and not too pushy with sales. The Ala Moana staff can get a little aggressive and in my face sometimes, but I feel comfortable at this Waikiki location.
That’s saying a lot considering they’re working with a lot less space. You would think because of that it would be more of an awkward experience, but the workers have managed to keep me comfortable, even while window shopping.
As for the products, I don’t know much. But I do love their leather and watches. They have a 11 year warranty on the watches for anything under the screen (like mechanics), and for any cosmetic damages, it’s a $ 35 charge to get it sent to be repaired. The awesome part is the company will repair the entire watch and not just the part that is damaged!
Don’t be intimidated from the small and awkward looking exterior, because once inside you’ll feel at ease and the employees will be more than willing to help you out!
