This Ala Moana store sells pricy products that don’t hold up — my Porsche Design Sunglasses temple came unscrewed after 6 weeks of use. Even worse, the Ala Moana store has no quick or easy system to repair defective merchandise — all they can do is offer to send the merchandise to their California repair center, which takes up to six weeks to return the repaired merchandise. Further, Porsche Design charges a fee to mail the repaired merchandise to your home.
No luxury products or service here!

Since its grand opening in may, this is my first time in this store and Julie was a very helpful and very professional lady as well as Lindsey. Out of all the stores I have been in, this is the wonderful store that I get to browse around and see what I want to buy. I hope people do come in and stop by.

On Saturday July 12, I walked in Porsche Design located in Ala Moana shopping center Mall Level 2, Macy’s Wing for a gift. It was around 6:30pm, and I had hoped I’d be able to find a gift for my mother’s upcoming birthday. I wasn’t expecting to be serviced because of the way I dressed, but I definitely got catered! Their customer service was very excellent without any hesitation to help me. Thanks to the professional employes for helping me find the right gift that my mother can treasure forever. The sales representative also educated me about the Porsche Design history, and I appreciate them taking the time sharing and giving me more knowledge about their history.
Overall, my experience in the Porsche designer store was positive. I was impressed with the variety of
selections that they have here. If you’re shopping for excellent quality accessories produced by Porsche I highly recommend this luxury store. I absolutely have no complaints about the Porsche designs what so ever! Thank you again for a great experience, I will be back in the near future!

Porsche Design Hawaii is for serious Porsche brand fans.
This is not a souvenir shop. You won’t find any T-​shirts or bumper stickers here. Instead, the store sells a selection of beautifully designed apparel and accessories for Porsche enthusiasts. The majority of the items are for men (wallets, watches, belts, shoes, etc.) however they also offer items for women (clothing and bags).
Porsche Design Hawaii is located in the Ala Moana shopping center — on the Macy’s end, next to Bath and Body Works.
