Had the Reflexology massage and the deluxe pedicure services done. Both totally met my expectations. The staff are all attentive, kind, and strive for perfection. Theres a big window looking out to the beautiful ocean. I will be bringing my husband here for the couples massage next visit.

I won a voucher for a free 30 minute massage at this spa and was unable to make my appointment at the last minute due to work. By the time the friend I was supposed to go with was able to cancel my appointment they said I can no longer use my voucher. No where on the voucher does it say I need to cancel 3 hours prior to the appointment time. Poor customer service.

I came in not really knowing what services I wanted, but after reviewing their list and asking the gal at the front desk several questions, all of which she answered, I decided on one of their facials… I believe it was the elements or elemental facial, the full 50 minutes. They also had a December Unilocal promotion, so I checked in to get the free eye treatment. The facial was amazing! Super relaxing with a great head, neck and shoulders massage plus a foot massage. That was a nifty perk! I left the spa feeling remarkably relaxed. Totally worth it!

I have not received services here and am reviewing on the customer service side of this business. Some friends and I chipped in on a spa gift certificate for our friends who were traveling to Honolulu for their «baby moon». We wanted it to be a surprise, but when it came time to purchase the gift certificate, I started to worry. What if the gift certificate isn’t enough? What if it’s too much and we end up losing money? What if the spa is booked for that weekend and they can’t schedule anything? What if it turns out our friends don’t like massages?!
So I called with all my questions and doubts and Erica totally took care of me. We worked out a great plan to surprise my friends and ensure that everything went smoothly. And everything was executed perfectly! Thank you so much!

Had a fabulous couples massage with my fiancé. Chiemi was amazing using the perfect amount of pressure. So relaxing. I only wish the room we were in was a little quieter. You can hear the street noise from outside in the couples room. Otherwise a perfect day.

Just experienced the most amazing massage session. Had a couple massage with my girlfriend and we both came out feeling incredibly refreshed and relaxed. Therapists were very attentive and hospitable. Definitely coming back.

The SO and I are staying at the Waikiki Marriott and decided to book a 50 minute massage on our first full day. What an amazing start to our vacation. The staff is so friendly and during the massage they were accomodating to our requests. We booked ours online a few days before we arrived which made our spa visit simple and carefree. The website is user friendly and leaves nothing to question. I highly recommend this to those looking for some relaxation. A MUST DO!

Excellent location right across from Waikiki Beach located at the Marriott Waikiki Resort and Spa. Fantastic atmosphere, great service, and most importantly talented Masseurs. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Tip: Try their herbal ice tea it’s quite refreshing.

Arrived early (hour) and they nicely reminded me they did not have amenities but I could relax in their waiting area. I knew they were a small spa bit the proximity to my hotel was why I chose this spa. Immediately was offered water or tea and they checked on me periodically.
They also had a check in deal available and happily added that to my service.
Lomi lomi massage was really great. 80 minutes of bliss, really good massage. They don’t really to be set up for people who want to shower, get ready, etc like I’m used to with Vegas spas but they asked me if I wanted to shower when done, which I did, so the treatment room had a shower so I used the shower there. Great shower and provided shampoo and conditioner. Outside the treatment rooms is a bathroom with hair products, lotion, etc.
I would recommend for people who want just a quicker in and out day spa with great massages. If you are looking for the amenities like a relaxation room, saunas, spas, etc this would not be your choice.
Worked great for me today, definitely recommend!

It was kind of hard to find spas in Waikiki sicnce there are so many of, so my friend has recommended me Royal Kaila spa, so I made an appointment for 80 mins. Lomilomi massage .
I have tried massage in many different spas in Honolulu, but this is the best so far …
The relaxation room (waiting room ?) has very amazing view of Waikiki beach with nice comfortable chair and a little side table for your drink.
So I got massage from Eri who has very nice personality on the day. (I am sure I’ll get another one from ERI again.)
She has received a lot of training in the spa and also has had many years of experience as a massage therapist .
She gave me massage form head to toes and felt like the 80 mins flew by so fast …
I don’t have any complains at all. All the stuff that I encountered thoughout th day were very friendly and helpful.
I am thinking about purchaing gift certificate for my boyfreind’s birthday present …

A higher state of happy and calm from my facial and waxing combined. More so because I had it done after loaded workday.
Facial included all the essentials (cleanse, exfoliate, extract, moisturize) done expertly. My skin felt smoothed and soothed. Gentle strokes on scalp, necks, arm and legs were relaxing. The spa uses Aveda products with oil scents that are simply rejuvenating.
I followed my favorite esthetician who works here now. She’s a professional with years of experience and extensive training. She knows what treatment best suits me.
The place is different from other spas. It’s not dark. It’s not with common traffic like a mall. And the people are nice, non-​assertive.

Was staying in the Marriott and had an afternoon free on our last day so decided to try the spa with my wife. It’s a brand new spa, apparently only opened a couple of months ago. Most of the staff are Japanese, and they have a wedding salon that’s connected to the spa which caters to Japanese tourists. It’s all very quiet and peaceful though, and they have a wonderful lounge area with views over the beach where you can relax with some herbal tea before or after your treatment. The whole place is very white and bright with big windows, which is unusual for a spa, but actually very pleasant and relaxing in its own way.
We went for the ‘Meke Aloha’ package which is basically a massage and facial for two in their double room (which itself has views out over the beach). I’ve had plenty of massages (not so many facials!) and this one was surely the best. The therapist was really attentive, and seemed to really pay attention during our little consultation before the treatment. My wife’s experience was similar. The facial was the biggest surprise for me though… really enjoyable, and my skin was like a baby’s for the next few days… I couldn’t stop stroking my cheeks!
All the products they use are Aveda, so it’s good stuff, and smells great. My wife actually bought quite a few bottles of stuff from the reception afterwards — yes, they made a lot of money out of us!
It was just a shame that we came here the day before we left. If we’d come on the first day of our trip, we probably would have come every day thereafter! Anyway, if you’re staying anywhere in Waikiki, you have to come try this place. It’s already quite popular though (unsurprisingly), so make sure you book in advance.
