I’m so happy I found this place! Shay is super nice and friendly and was able to immediately accommodate my friend and I last minute for a massage. We got the 45 minutes and wow — so amazing! Her massage was Perfect and exactly what I needed. She used deep tissue and really got my knots out. I’ve been looking for a great place with fantastic prices since moving from LA. This is it! 100% will be back and telling people. Cute shop and great selection of products as well. Make your own bath salts — how cool!

I stumbled upon this place as I was leaving the adjacent smoke shop. The $ 45 shiatsu sign caught my I so I decided to check it out. I was greeted by a soothing mint, cinnamon essence and a friendly owner Shay. I was initially tempted to do the $ 45 shiatsu but by the time my aching muscles were relieved, I knew I wanted more. So, I bought the treatment package which includes 6 45 minute shiatsu treatments for $ 150. What a deal!

Came here on a whim. I had a scheduled massage that was cancelled at another place. I saw Shay’s groupon deal. Even if she didn’t have the groupon, her prices are more affordable compared to anywhere else. I called to see if they had an appointment available that day and they did. Marcus was my therapist and he did a great job. They also have free parking the next block over.

Don’t ever come here. I called to make reservation for 2 people at 11am and I kept repeat it’s for 2. She said yes. Then she called back to reschedule at 11:30am. I was ok with that. I made appointment for 2 people and didn’t make any change. She called me again to change to 11am. Then a few minutes later, she called me again said they can’t do this week. They asked me to do next week. I can’t, I’m a visitor. She told me she will call back a few minutes. She called back and told me to cancel my vouchers and they will return money back. The way she talked is so easy but it wasn’t easy for me to plan everything again

made an appt at 11:30am, i drove from kapolei to downtown only to find no one was there, very disappointing. emailed back and they could not give me a time of when the person would be there. im a nice guy over the phone but i really was pissed.

Lower back and shoulders been hurting for awhile and found Shiatsu offered at Shays and decided go for the deep therapy to source of aches. Greeted by Marcus. He was friendly and set me at ease. I must say if you like deep and strong, with strong stretches, he’s the man. Almost like mix of Shiatsu and Sports Therapy all rolled together. Very physical from start, but could feel the tightness and soreness from trouble areas loosen up. This ain’t for those looking for easy and restful massage. This is to get to root causes, no frills, and with Marcus’ intuitive senses, found trouble areas before I mentioned the specific trouble spots. Would be great after surfing or long day at work slaving over a desk or computer. Place is nice and clean. In end, felt all right problem areas relaxed and loose. Marcus is da man! Highly recommend for those looking for working out the trouble areas. Mind you, he can go deep so feedback is a must. Aloha.

I stopped in for a quick massage from the owner Shay, the experience was great! She worked miracles on my shoulders. She really knew what she was doing. I’ve had other massage therapists try and fail at what she did so effortlessly. She was extremely friendly which helped put me at ease too. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Love their green tea scrub! I have eczema and I am limited as to what kind of salts and scrubs I can use. This works awesome and leaves my skin soft and smooth, not greasy! If you haven’t been to the new store, you HAVE to go check it out! Tons of soy candle melts with awesome smells to choose from! LOVE the Passionfruit Guava ones. Shay is awesome and I always love supporting small business, especially ones solely owned by woman! You rock!

Went in today for a 45 minute massage. I was quickly greeted when I entered the store. Shay was in a massage and when she was done, she came out to help me. We started on time and the massage was amazing. She is very reasonable and I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

This woman is EXTREMELY rude and these products were a joke. The store seems to be open when the owner, Shay, feels up to it and is very short with customers. My mother is law’s birthday gift (Green tea scrub) gave her RASHES and I can guarantee she has no allergy or sensitivity to the «natural» ingredients. I doubt this place will last long but wanted to warn people in case you are looking into these products/​services. Its a joke.

Shay Pure Aloha is ever so helpful & has such awesome gift set ideas when needed. Especially if someone you know likes essential oils & that paradise local vibe kind of thing. Cute clothes & acessories! Oh, did I mention they do massages too?! Theyre great! Customer service? AWESOME! Love the shop & it’s positive vibes! Will visit again soon! Thanks Shay Pure Aloha!!! :D

Very unprofessional. Late last year I bought a living social voucher for here, I was super excited to use it because I needed some salts for mine and my boyfriends get away trip. I live on Oahu and support helping small businesses.
It was around 6 pm when I called after spending 20 minutes trying to find the location. The lady that answered sounded very unprofessional and sleepy. I simply asked «where are you located «and she answered «are you talking about shay aloha ?» … I was so confused and thought I had called the wrong place. After replying yes she simply told me they were closed and would be open tomorrow. She said goodbye but I stopped her and asked for the hours and she quickly told me it before saying goodbye. That is not how you treat a customer ! I was willing to spend $ 60 at the store. To this day I still have not used my voucher. I ended up going to Lush in Ala moana which suited me more than perfectly. I regret paying for the voucher on living social. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !
