The lady is SUPER nice but she was the ONLY one in there… Me and my friend went for sets and pedicures and it literally took ALLDAY… My nails started falling off after a week and a half!!! No thank you!

This place sucks. They made my acrylics lumpy and they were breaking at the tip every other week.

The reason why it’s a 3 star for me is because due to my experience here. Now Vicky and Chris is a 5 star! They do a fantastic job on nails and massages. Buy for the lady she sucks. She took 2 hours to do my nails and I told her I need to get out of here soon as possible. The new lady took her time and she didn’t even know what she was doing. I watched her myself. She didn’t even no how to shape or paint nails. She claims she been doing nails for a long time but girl you don’t even no what your doing. And she made me buy some shit I didn’t even wanted. Chris had to come fix my nails because the new lady did a horrible job on mines. If you ever get your nails don’t over here get it done by Chris or Vicky. But new lady gots to go!

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for close to a year now & the ladies are so nice. Good customer service & they offer you water or green tea every visit. Trish is thorough & takes her time. They do gel here & have a ton of OPI colors to choose from. Great place, I definitely recommend it!

I must say I was very skeptical after reading a couple reviews. However, I ventured in(it was empty) for a pedi and there were 2 women working in which one looked like the owner. I had Lani(i think that’s her name). She took quite some time with my cuticles and i thought«oh no, a rookie.». I was offered water like the other patron’s who reviewed. It is true that they bag up the tools they use on you and label it with your name for your nxt visit. A bit presumptuous but i suppose good hygiene. They must have a ton of supplies. It is true that they use California brand but they also have some Opi. Lani gave me a great massage and was very attentive. A woman came in about 15 minutes into mine and was done before me. I don’t mind the longer session as I got a longer massage and a more detailed pedicure. Pedi costed $ 23.00. I would go again to see Lani just because she was so attentive. The owner, although nice, definitely rushes and there was no one else there when I arrived. Parking is strategic.

Me being such a cheapy for nail salons i didnt think twice to get my nails done here with my friend after work. it was 20% off for a «Grand Opening» and since i ripped my acrylics off from the last nail salon, my nail bed looked ratchet! anywho. it was a cute little shop with 2 ladies working(assumed one was the owner) i got the«trainee» like i always somehow get. They gave us free pepsi and got to work. It ended up being… okay. just okay. they filed my nail to way down and part of my skin so the edges on some of my fingers are raw and tender. The art of it was cute but the $ 5 bow they charged, to me wasnt worth $ 5 per finger(no disc. applied). The thing i did like was they keep aside the tools they used on you just in case you come back so you’re not sharing someone elses funk. i would probably pass the next time im in town. Basic Manicure with glitter fade and 2 bows $ 30, $ 6 tip.

GRANDOPENING! 20% OFF! Saw the sign while on my way to Don Quiote. My gf and I decided to do our nails, since they were in need of an update and use the 20% off deal. The store is nice and simple; walls are pink, ceiling purple. 3 – 4 massage chairs on the right for pedicures, the cashier stand on the left, 2 – 3 manicure stations next to the massage chairs, and one room for waxing(they offer basic waxing services, base price i.e. full arm $ 30.) I opted for a faded French manicure with some black bow nail art(see picture) and my friend got a faded pink French manicure with a silver/black bow. Basic manicure runs for $ 18, so the 20% off made it to $ 15(this shop seems to round up/down with no change.) We thought it was 20% off everything, but it is only the service, so our french was $ 5(no discount) and the art was $ 3 – 5 each piece. In total I paid $ 25+tip(they were really nice.) Pros: * Clean – they have a baggy for each customer with your name/info that they store all your nail tools in. No sharing=good. * Friendly. They didn’t talk to each other in Another language, so you knew they weren’t talking about you. And they made some convo to us! * Offered us drinks and a stamp card. Cons: * Some cheap nail polish is used – I saw opi, but my friend’s French nail tips were colored with California brand polish! And only 1 coat. * My gf got her cuticle cut or buffed a little too much and it bled :( * Edges of some nails not polished. * Parking is tricky, since it’s next to Don Quiote and across from Palama market. Overall it’s ok!
