It was national Donut Day on June 4, so several volunteers went to different places within a mile and brought back to a company lunch room some plain donuts and cinnamon twists(and whatever else the buyer wanted) from Amy’s, Lone Star, Shipley’s and Donut Hole. Although not unanimous, the voting rank was: Shipley’s, Lone Star, Donut Hole, Amy’s. Not a good visible location(including a yellow-letters over beige paint), although a lot of people could get to it if they wanted. It’s just in a down-trodden small shopping center. Amy’s does have some rectangular gooey-fruit-filled donut thingees that are good. And they sell some muffins and other things.
