Baths of America

I purchased a few bathroom products from them a few years ago for a bathroom remodel. They had very good pricing and great service. They took the time to find me a tub that would fit in my existing space. The tub had to be special ordered and né of the employees delivered the tub to us on his way home at no charge to us (very nice!).
And yesterday I called with an issue with my tub they called the manufacturer for me and today the manufacturer called me and is coming out to fix my issue! I am so pleased with the continued service! Thank you Baths of America!

I found Zeeshan at Baths of America today after trying to buy bathroom fixtures at Fergenson’s on Richmond. After being told, by the receptionist at Ferguson’s, that I couldn’t place an order at Ferguson’s because I didn’t have an appointment with a salesperson and couldn’t get an appointment until Tuesday of next week, I left and felt discouraged and embarrassed by the rude treatmentbof the Ferguson’s employees. That’s when I spotted Baths of America!
Feeling a little intimidated to go in after the rude treatment I had been dealt at Ferguson’s, the very kind and helpful staff at Baths of America assisted me in finding the perfect fixtures to complete my bathroom remodels. They took the stress out of the buying process, were very helpful and thoughtful in ensuring I had the supplies my contractors needed and treated me in a professional and caring manner.
For bathroom remodel these kind folks deserve your business. They are knowledgeable, professional, caring and not rude like the people at Ferguson’s! Go visit them… trust them… they are great folks!
