I’m sorry, but this place definitely does not seem worth the price.
I asked the stylist to blow dry my hair, and instead she decided to straighten it after blow drying it. That to me kind of defeats the purpose of me asking her to blow dry it, I didn’t want the flattened hair look, I wanted my hair BLOW DRYED. I think she did not has the capability to make hair look acceptable by blow drying the hair alone. I noticed that the other stylist also did this, she blow dried her clients hair, and then went over it with a straightner, but that clients hair still had volume. My hair was VERY flat when my stylist was done.
And when she brushed my hair and a ton of my hair came out, she told me it’s time for a trim (which is definitely true), but she said the reason for this is because I had so many split ends rather than just saying the ends of my hair were damaged. My understanding of the term «split ends» literally means the ends have started to split into two (or more) which is not the case with my hair. Also, despite her seeing how easily my hair shed, the stylist was very rough with my hair. I think I lost like ¼ of the hair I had during my trip here.
Oh and I paid $ 38 for this experience.

This is literally the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to. I went in to get my hair cut to donate to locks of love and they put my hair in 4 ponytails to cut it, bad idea. I can’t remember the hairdressers name, all I know is she sucks and should be fired. She cut the back of my hair perfectly fine but on the front two ponytails, the manager told her to just even it with the back and waste the hair because I already had enough for two wigs. Of course she doesn’t listen and just chops away leaving me with a 2 inch gap length wise so my hair is butchered and I’m so pissed I could burn down this shop. I refused to let her touch my hair after this and left as quickly as possible. Worst service I have ever received and I recommend you run the hell away from here.
