Very «okay» experience with the laser hair removal here…
Pros: paulina (manager) is very nice and generally wants you to be happy with your experience. Its clean and conveniently located.
Cons: I have interacted with a different person almost every time I’ve been there, from making appointments to getting the laser removal and there seems to be NO communication whatsoever between the employees. Since it’s been a different person, a lot of spots have been missed. Paulina will offer to let me come in for a touch up but won’t be there when I come in and neither will the lady who scheduled my appointment so I have to convince a 3^rd person that I was told to do this and this doesn’t count as a full blown appointment. Needless to say, it’s very frustrating.

I have tried the microdermabrasion and it was awesome. First of all they played really relaxing music and give you a little bit of massage. The girl is really nice and knowledgeable of what she’s doing. My face felt and looked fresh and rejuvenated right away and still felt that way a couple of days after. But most importantly, I always feel really pampered when I come to Bellalaser. It doesn’t matter if it’s for the microdermabrasion or laser hair removal. Great service!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible results. They do not call and remind you of your appointment but then want to charge you $ 30 for missing it because you were anticipating their call. Plus I haven’t seen any results and my hair is growing back thicker and more coarse. I used to have some blonde hairs but those have turned into dark black ones. I decided to throw the rest of my money away as I’m not going to continue treatments there. Stay away!!!

I bought a group on last year $ 149 for a years worth on a medium area (underarms) they space the sessions out every 6weeks. Each session lasted about ten minutes. I was able to schedule during my lunch break which was convenient.
I was skeptical. Did some research and found that they use candela lasers which are suppose to be one of the best lasers out there. Before trying any laser place I suggest researching on the type of laser machines they use! It’s make or break.
I am light skinned with dark brown hair, making me a good candidate according to Victoria. I completed my sessions last week. I can honestly say that I have had less hair. It still grows but I don’t shave as often. I would say about 65% reduction. I do wish they would stop advertising laser hair removal as the permanent solution for hair growth. Your hair will STILL grow back but you will have a reduction.
Victoria pretty much runs the place (or it seems). She does everything, front desk, sessions etc. My last session I did have a new tech. She was very pleasant and kind. I’m glad they’re hiring more people because a place shouldn’t just have one person doing everything.

In general they are not very thorough. Skip areas. My 2 medium and 1 large zone take 5−10min, while in other places these take good 15min. But last time it was really bad-.I scheduled an appointment 8 weeks ahead. Came on time, they said it should be next week. Nobody (!) was in the waiting area, it takes 5−10min for them as I mentioned, and they still didn’t want to correct their mistake even when I mentioned I drove 30min to get the treatment. Started saying, oh we added one week extra… Really??? They don’t have electronic appointment system and don’t send reminders and I always put appointments in my calendar. In any case will not return there, although I still have treatments I paid for.

I’ve been here twice now — Victoria is AWESOME! She makes it so painless and is so easy to talk to. Thank so much!

Before ever arriving to Bellalaser, I had a great feeling about it because I had spoken with the front desk two different times when booking my appointment and both times the girls were so nice and friendly.
This was my first experience having any kind of laser hair removal. I was very nervous, but Candice made me feel so comfortable. She was more than patient with me when I called to tell her I would be late, and offered me a water to help me relax a little when I arrived. She had an awesome attitude and was very personable!
The environment exceeded my expectations! It was so clean and well lit: very cheerful and inviting. Candice got me a clean robe to wear once I undressed and allowed plenty of time for me to get changed so that I didn’t feel rushed. She took her time explaining the process to me and also told me what to expect as far as discomfort.
I had 3 areas done: underarms, chin, and full Brazilian. Candice adjusted the strength of the laser according to the sensitivity at each area. She was very thorough in making sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and she assured me it would be even faster next time because she wrote down notes on what settings to put the laser on for each area!
I definitely recommend Bellalaser to anyone in the Energy Corridor looking for laser hair removal and this is why:
1) They were professional
2) They were CLEAN
3) They were friendly and treated me like I mattered, and not just like I was another dollar.
4) They were attentive to making me comfortable
