I have been here a couple of times. And to start things off, I want to make clear that the actual tanning was good. However, they have no idea about customer service. I walked in and was getting dirty looks from both people working there. They were utterly rude and insisted that I did not have an account.(although I went there 3 times before and purchased many spray tans). Because of this, I was not allowed to use my old account and the spraytan that I payed for a previous time. I had to set up a new account and pay for another tan. This was unacceptable, and I will definitely he going to another location after this. If you want a nice spraytan, and you HAVE to go to this location, make sure to only buy 1 to avoid having your money wasted in the future.

I have to say I am very disappointed in Malibu Tan. Though they seem to stick with regulations as posted, they do not use common sense. I went to tan yesterday afternoon to see there were 3 children under the age of 6(one only 2 or 3) in a room with a woman who was tanning. It is no secret that tanning, though not the worst thing to do, is also not the safest thing to do and the exposure presented to children is extremely dangerous, especially to their unprotected eyes. When I asked the young lady behind the counter about it, her response was that she instructed the woman to leave her children outside of the room while she tanned. REALLY??? Leave 3 small children completely unattended for 12+ minutes near a busy intersection? I am not sure who is more irresponsible here; Malibu Tan or the so-called«mother» of these children. My account has been cancelled.
