Shipping… I know of no working class americans that can take the day off to sit at home a wait for a package to be delivered. They require a person 21 or over to sign that resides at your home. It couldn’t be a neighbor. Had to be a resident. It was shipped very quickly, I just couldn’t get my package for a week. Had to lose 2 hours of pay. Would have been cheaper to go to Guitar Center or
.
Salesperson… Salesperson neglected to tell me during the sale that a signature of a resident over the age of 21 will be necessary.
Customer service… emailing with shipping issue, I never got a reply.

We ordered our lights from them via the website (
). The prices were excellent and the service was beyond excellent. They called within 15 minutes to tell us that one piece we ordered was on backorder but would be shipped within two days, then we ordered a wrong cable, and Richard called to tell us that then proceeded to help us figure out exactly what we needed and corrected our order. Overall, I would recommend this company for anyone who is need of cheap, quality stage lighting!
