Roach crawling across the counter and the manager didn’t seem shocked. Last time at that Chickfila.

This store messed up my order and when I called to rectify it they apologized and said they would replace the order. The woman said she would write my name in the book she had me give her my order number and spell my name three times. I was pretty surprised the next day when my name was not in any book and I was treated rudely for trying to rectify a mistake that Chick-​fil-​A made. I showed them my receipt. That didn’t seem to make much of a difference. Not impressed with the customer service here.

Wayside location are crooks. They charged me for the biscuit that was suppose to be free on Free Breakfast Wednesday. When I asked why, they told me the hash browns were 1.79 but that’s not was not indicated on the price board. Look at receipt and see tha the hash were made the free item! If I hadnt had a Dr’s appointment I had to get to and needed to eat, I would have drove off! I guess they think people don’t look at their receipts and I was going to take their word for it. I’m not the one. I know how to read, I just didn’t have time to challenge then and there, but I will!
I’m sure this was an isolated incident and this does not happen often, but Buyer Beware – always look at and ask for your receipt Unilocalers!

The only compliant I have is the store manager I believe. He is the RUDEST individual I have met. He was disrespecting an employee and then bumped into a chair at the table I was sitting at. Did he apologize or notice at all? Nope. I thought customer service was the big thing at cfa. I guess not at this location.

Aretha rocks! She is the best employee there and never fails to bring a smile to my face when I talk to her when I visit!

It’s your average Chick-​fil-​A, just in a neighborhood that might be different from where your average Chick-fil-A’s are. It’s nice to be able to have a fast food option nearby that doesn’t include beef. Sometimes I just really want a fresh and crispy chicken wrap and Chick-fil-A’s are definitely my favorite with their Spicy dressing (I could drink that stuff). They are a little more pricey than the other fast food places nearby and there tends to be lines in both drive thru’s all the time but I just can’t fight it when I need a fresh crispy spicy chicken wrap! Yum Yum YUM

This place is pretty good, they have tasty sandwiches.
I ordered number 4 spicy chicken sandwich and I would say it’s one of the best sandwiches I have ever had!
Service wise it’s good, you have to go to the cashier to get your drink refilled but it’s okay.
I would be coming back here for sure!

Drive thru is the biggest disappointment. Ridiculous to have to go around the whole building just to get in line, definitely not coming here again.

I’m starting to believe that all chick fila’s do need a bigger location, with maybe 3 or 4 drive through lanes. They do their best to serve everyone as fast as possible, but somehow it’s never fast enough. People just love their food!

Can’t go wrong here! The restaurant was clean, the employees were super nice, and the food was delicious!
Our cashier answered all the questions we had and suggested his favorites. The manager even came over to ask how everything was.
Food came out quick !

Everyone does very well in trying to get your order to you as soon as possible, food is great, parking is small like all locations but if you don’t have to dine inside the drive thru will get you out very quickly. So don’t fear the long lines. I had the spicy chicken and an ice cream cone, plan to do it again soon

Time of visit: 1:30pm on a Wednesday
Speed of service: took me about 10 min in the drive thru line; next time I will see how long it takes going inside because 10 min is a long time if you ask me.
Taste of food: great! The grilled nuggets were perfectly grilled, not undercooked (unlike other locations) and they gave me a lot (also unlike some other locations). The fries were fresh and the sweet tea was great as always.
Customer service: this is where I gave 4 stars. The drive thru attendant at the window was not very friendly and like at most locations I felt like I was being rushed without being greeted and asked if there was anything else I needed.

Clean and fast service even during lunch hours! Staff is amazing and food is the best. Love spicy chicken deluxe and chicken soup. They are always hanging events for the family!

I decided to give this chic fil a another chance. Remind you, I haven’t dined at chic fil a in years. I went back today, ordered sausage and biscuit only to get to my location and see no jam or anything. I drive all the way back to get jam, then my breakfast was cold and it looked like a bite mark on the sausage patty. Then, I realized when I came two days ago I was overcharged, but management failed to give me the price adjustments. I didn’t realize I overpaid for a sausage patty and a biscuit. I am so done.

Ohhhh so good chicken tortilla soup! Beautiful, clean and comfy Chick-​fil-​A.
We are on our way to Galveston to board a cruise ship and decided to stop at Chick-​fil-​A. So glad we did! They are so friendly and the Christmas music is playing. The food is great!

Spotted this place and was actually 4^th line though i had to circle through cones like in a car race. Took a few minutes placed my order then 2 car lanes merge into 1 lane. I pulled up to the window and there were 2 attendants. First one took my card while the other one gave me my order. I drove off and only later did I notice there no grilled nuggets. They gave me the wrong order. Oh well, at least I have fries and lemonade. I tasted the nugget, it was very dry. then I took a few bites of a waffle fry, it was dry also. I ended up having a lighter lunch. on the plus side, I my calorie intake is great for today, and lemonade made up for it. Hope this was an off day for them. In the meantime I will stick the ones in my area.

Was working on this side of town the other day & was craving Chick-​fil-​A. I’d almost forgotten they finally put one in the area. And the location is perfect. Easy access no matter which direction you’re coming from off I-​45 or feeder road.
The staff here are friendly & quick on their feet. They have 2 drive thru lanes open & the line moves quick. I stopped in during prime lunch hour & they were hustling to get the orders out & weren’t serving stank attitudes w/​your meals. They also made sure things were staying clean & in order.
I’ll be sure to stop by when I’m in the area.

Maybe I’m swayed but after years of having to drive a while to get to one of these, this new location is great! Not even 5 minutes from my house. The area is convinient and right off I-​45 and Wayside. The drive through is pretty speedy and has two lanes open. Everyone is INCREDIBLY nice (altho chick fil as are known for this) Sure its pricier than say BK, Taco Cabana or Jack in the box which are all within the same block… But the food is also better so… I love the chicken noodle soup with salad for lunch. I LOVE that for kids they offer grilled (instead of breaded) chicken nuggets for kids. Natural lemonade is BOMB.
My only complaint, they once forgot my straws :’(
