Sure I give this Chipotle 3 stars, but it has 5 star service. Why? because unlike other Chipotles… this one has a doorman right up front. Who even when you tip him(gave him a gift card before i sat down for my meal to eat cause he’s a homeless veteran) he will forget and ask you for more money when you come out. I guess it’s his short-term memory loss. Anyways, the line gets a little long during lunch time from 11am to 2pm. It gets so long that a woman in line in front of me asked the cashier to give her a large drink and charge her for a small one because she waited 45 minutes. The cashier said no. So 5 more stars for free entertainment. Anyways, the food is okay… sometimes a little salty and sometimes when you get tacos… they’ll put the salsa everywhere else but inside your tacos… and they can be hit or miss and be stingy on the cheese lmao. Anyways, regardless, we keep coming back here for some unknown reason.

Something is wrong with this location. I just left this location without eating because they ran out of food in the middle of the day. Management needs to manage their supply chain a little better!

Closest chipotle to home but one of the longest lines ever! This place gets packed during dinner hours, so expect a 20 – 30 min wait sometime. Knowing this, I still come here because they normally don’t skimp out on serving portions. You can always ask for a little extra and they’re nice about it. As for asking for extra meat, charging you depends. Sometimes they will give you a little extra if you fill they’re cheating you on the meat serving portion. I’ve always been satisfied with the rice, beans, meat and corn portions(without having to ask for extra) compared to other chipotle locations where they barely give any rice or meat.

This location is always busy. I’ve waited in lines that ran all the way to the entrance. There have been times where it took me 20 minutes just to get food. The portions of get here are smaller compared to other locations and it seems like I always get a new person who can’t wrap a burrito. Avoid this location and go to the one off of Kirby, especially if there’s a long line. Oh yeah, there are usually homeless people who sit right at the entrance and ask for money.

This location is consistently a good option. They handle long lines with ease and the food seems to be fresh and on point. Parking can be challenging, during lunch — with a few other restaurants just steps away, but luck is always just a coupe of spaces away.

There was a new guy on the toppings part of the food line and he was of course very slow and under trained. I have no qualms with the new guy. It was the 3 other employees that just watched him. Our food was cold and no one even apologized for the wait. Terrible service = Terrible management. Just go to Freebirds across the street. Better food better people.

I did an online order at chipotle today for pick up at the Main St store. When I got to work my order was incorrect(missing fajita mix, hot salsa and extra cheese). I called the store and spoke with Lakendrick and he was very apologetic. He assured that his store strives to be the best in Houston and was sorry that I wasn’t happy and inconvenienced. He told me that he would notify the other management and employees and document the incident in the«dear diary» log. He also offered a free meal whenever I am in the area again. This 5 star rating is based on the managers customer service and making sure that I was satisfied. Although my order was incorrect(luckily I had some chipotle hot sauce in my desk), I’m definitely willing to give this location another shot!

Again, your typical Chipotle that my kids love. It’s definitely better than McDonald’s or other fast foods.

This is a Chipotle. You expect Chipotle to give you some good, fairly healthy food on the go. It’s not like«Oh my god this burrito is the best thing I’ve ever tasted,» but it’s pretty good and very reliable. This Chipotle, however, has a bunch of lazy employees that spend time talking to each other when the line is out the door instead of rapidly moving along. They don’t know how to use the correct proportions for anything(trust me, a small amount of rice followed by a huge spoonful of hot salsa does not taste good). They also seem to close 10 minutes early every day… I guess it’s still Chipotle though, so I’ll give it two stars but honestly just avoid going here if you can.

Not a bad meal for under $ 10. Quick with plenty of options, it’s a great place to go grab a quick diner or lunch. I will say that they seem to be slowly increasing their prices. The guacamole for example is ridiculous at $ 2.

THEESLOWESTCHIPOTLEEVERRRR!!! I love chipotle but this place is extremely slow. It’s ridiculous! They always have 6 people here and only two on the front food line. I am only giving it 3 stars because the food is pretty good when it’s not burnt. I will travel further just for better service.

Slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Seriously. There’s always a line, but the Chipotles I’ve been to in other cities and others in Houston have longer lines that move faster. Give yourself 15 – 20 minutes.

Get rid of the homeless guy sitting out front. I tried going here twice, but the lines were long as shit. The first time, the homeless dude bugged me for money. The second time, he was still there. My parents are immigrants. They came over to America with jack shit. I don’t give a fuck about what your situation is. This is America and I’m not the 1%. I don’t have a job and I’m poor too. You don’t see me sitting in front of your place, soliciting people for money. If you’re going to bother someone, go bother someone that matters. You have nothing to lose, right? Fuck off, bum.

Health conscience eater here. I’m always stressing about my fitness and when I need a quick bite and don’t want to feel too guilty about it I swing by chipotle. The company has recently started a transparency initiative vowing to eliminate GMOs from their kitchens. Chipotle is obviously a major chain eatery with locations all over the country. Clean, affordable and pretty healthy… this place is a winner in my book!

I am a fan of Chipotle, as a brand but, I am not a fan of the wait time in most locations. However, I don’t really mind the lines at this location. Normally this store is busy all day due to the Med Ctr. employees and residents, the lines tend to go pretty fast. I’m not sure what they do that’s different from other locations but, this makes the dinner pick-up much less annoying. One note… the amount of dressing they give for the salad is literally a few teaspoons… I don’t understand. The majority of the food cost should be with the protein so, what is that about?

I solemnly swear that I will never get tired of Chipotle. Recently they raised their prices around ~25 cents across the menu… but I don’t think anyone noticed, because lines still stack up to 20+ people all the time! Anyway. I came here for my post-workout meal and the line was being held up because they were out of fajita veggies. I get my bowl prepared — white rice, pinto beans, and damnit, I want veggies too! So the staff just sits there, waiting while the veggies get sauteed in these really cool flames. After a minute, the manager(medium build Hispanic dude with long slick hair gelled all the way back) comes out and talks to the guy who prepared my bowl, looking all serious and stern and pointing at me. Then the staff guy nods and dumps my bowl in trash. What?! What’d I do wrong? From what I read on the menu a LONG time ago, I’m guessing I might not be allowed to get beans and fajita vegetables on the same bowl? C’mon man… no one enforces that anymore! But after a few minutes, it turns out, the manager said to not keep the customers’ food cold when waiting on the veggies. So the staff guy re-prepares all our bowls with hot, fresh rice and beans right as the vegetables come out! So I guess the moral of this story is, people that have slick gelled hair are pretty cool guys.

The product is amazing. I usually get the burrito with all the fixings. You can not go wrong with any food product within a tortilla. This particular review is about the complication I had faxing an in-service order. I called, then was told that I needed to fax an order for 4 bowls and 1 burrito(all under 1 bill). I found the order sheet online, filled it out, and faxed it to the designated location. All of this while our representative was in route to pick everything up. To make this story short, I ended up waiting 15 minutes and the order was never received. I’m not sure whose fax machine was at fault, but after 30 minutes of waiting and calling back and fourth, the staff member took my order over the phone. I should have stressed taking my phone order in first place because I’ve encountered this same problem with the fax machine in the past. This location is great for in-store ordering, but poor for fax/call-in orders(multiple people).
