Church’s Chicken

The main problems with this locations are that, it’s kinda of dingy, which is forgivable, and the service is slow and full of errors which is not.
I came here for lunch while getting my car repaired. It took forever just to order, while they peeped the person before me in line’s order. Once I made my order it took a while to get it together and I would have not gotten one of my sides or drinks if I had not prompted them. The food was good which is why this is not a one star review. The chicken was hot and fresh, just don’t expect it very fast.

WORST PLACE I’VE VISITED!!! Only reason I put one star is because this shit requires me to. This is the most horrible place I’ve been to! Not only are the employees rude and ghetto, THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING! They start closing 40 minutes till close and tonight I went and they said they were closed yet they according to the hours posted on their windows they are open. They run out of items and say it isn’t coming till next week. I’ve been here 3 times and they always seem to «Run Out». I drove a couple of miles yet it was a waste of my time and gas. I gave them another chance but once again let down by their BAD SERVICE! The employees are so rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Hire some better employees! Get your shit together!

TERRIBLE! I first went to drive through and the old lady just looked at me and stared after I gave her my order and I said Ok are you going to start the order she was day dreaming. Second I ordered the spicy chicken strips and fries. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I opened my meal at work took a bite of the chicken and it was Hard as a rock and the other pieces were not even cooked. It was RAW chicken. The outside was however hard. OMG A TOTAL nightmare!!! The fries were Burnt orange and Hard too!!! The lady then said oh we have purple sauce I said ok what’s that she said she didn’t even know and the sweet tea was terrible tasted like toilet water and too much sugar. I promise I will tell everyone I know at work not to go here and I will never go to another Churches chicken again in my life. I hope the owner of this franchise will do something about this. This is disgraceful and Not to mention there are so very few options around the airport this place needs to go!

Terrible, it was around 40° in the dining room. My sandwich was cold and so was my corn. Never going back.
