I saw so many negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect when we ordered online here. At least online the experience is what I would have come to expect — what I am impressed with is the amount of time especially given how bad its raining out there. At least ordering online I would recommend from this location.

I called to place my order around 11:42(Around the time when the lunch rush is usually). The girl said my order would be delivered in 40 minutes. I didn’t get my food until an hour later. Now for the food; I guess you have to specific on the type of wings you want(bone in or boneless). They didn’t ask me which I wanted so they assumed bone in. These are the worst wings I’ve ever tasted. Every single one of them has a thick layer of fat around them. So not worth it. I suggest you get boneless. The pizza is ok. I’ve had better from dominos. Probably not going to order from this location ever again.

It is a busy store and my experience was good. Ordered the Hawaiian & Pepperoni and came out good and on time. Did not have the problems other folks had!

I called for a carry out pizza & they ansered took my order Casually they told me the total & told me it would take an hour i call back latter than an hour & they said no one had ordered for that address or phone number

THEYNEVERANSWERTHEIRPHONES! Unless you call 7 times then they might answer. Seems like they never have enough staff. Not only that but all three times I have ordered my pizza for carry out when I go pick it up they always make me wait 10 more minutes. I only live 3 minutes away from this location but I always come home to realize my order is cold.

I am a Domino’s fan but not this location. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza and a buffalo chicken sandwich(my favorite sandwich) for my boyfriend. I ordered online and we originally wanted it delivered to our house but the estimated time was 74 to 84 minutes, which was too long for us. The sad part is we live 2 minutes away from this place. So we decided to come pick it up instead which it took a lot less time. When we got there it took them 10 minutes after we got there. We were getting a bit impatient. They were talking amongst themselves instead of helping us. One woman who was working there was taking a phone order, she wasn’t the problem, it was the rest of them. After that experience, we are not coming back to this location. Needs good management and good workers in order for us to come back to this place.

Worst carry-out order pizza I’ve experience. Ordered online because the phone line was busy. Arrived at the store to retrieve my order and it was ready on-time. Arrived back home to find I was missing the dipping sauces I ordered. I Called the store and was immediately placed on-hold. Returned to the store while I was on hold and approached the front counter to be greeted by a hispanic female in her early twenties who displayed an attitude. Stated to her what my problem was and she gave me a perplexed look. I asked her to please give me the dipping sauces ordered and she repeated what I said. I looked at her and said yes I want the dipping sauces. About 5 minutes later she returned with 6 dipping sauces, loose not in a bag, and handed them to me. I looked at her and stated«please put them in a bag,» then she turned to me and said«oh yeah, good idea.» Following her placing the sauces in a bag I asked for the Manager and the Manager came to the counter. Next, I stated my issue to the Manager and she asked me «what can I do to make you happy?» She offered me cinnamon sticks at no charge and I accepted. The entire time my call to the store remained on hold, even while I was at the store expressing my complaint. While I was expressing my complaint to the manager, the early twenties hispanic female that originally helped me answered two calls after mine and received their order. I remained on hold until I returned home for a total of 50 minutes. Also, during my second visit to the store I witnessed a couple experience their in-store order getting lost. They were very mad and could not believe how this could have happened. I will NEVER use this Dominos store again. Papa Johns will get ALL of my to-go pizza orders.

I have ordered nothing but Domino’s in the last several years. It’s quick, it’s easy, my order is always correct, and the driver’s are always very polite. However, tonight when I ordered from this location for the first(and ONLY time now), the driver called me and demanded that I meet her outside the front gate even though there is a nifty place asking for any special instructions(gate code, etc.) and I make sure to put my gate code in every time. So after arguing with me for several minutes(she didn’t speak English very well), I agree to meet her at the front gate. I walk down the path and find that she has not only entered the gate but is sitting in the parking lot. So she pulls out my pizza and digs around through several receipts, seems to realize it’s not there, and tries to have me sign a blank sheet of paper. I told her I will not sign anything but the receipt for my order which has always been brought to me. She says that I’ll have to drive to the store to get it. I told her she needed to drive to the store and bring it back with my order. Then I proceeded to call the store to explain the situation and find out exactly what is going on. The man who answered the phone tries to tell me that driver’s are not allowed to go inside the apartment complexes, which is a downright lie. My orders have always come straight to my door AND there is a place asking for a gate code if there is any. Then he proceeds to tell me that they don’t have customers sign receipts unless it’s paid for with a credit card and they want to tip. Well I paid with a credit card and I want to sign the receipt. He said okay and wished me a good night. So I am currently awaiting the driver to, I guess, come sit in my parking lot and call me to meet her again so I can sign my receipt(which will have a $ 0 tip) and receive a pizza that will probably be cold by that point. Domino’s has always provided great service and delicious pizza, but I will not be ordering from this location again and will warn as many people as possible not to and to order from Pizza Hut if they cannot find another nearby location.
