This store has some of the nicest sales people in the mall. I am really impressed with their attention to detail. Of course they have beautiful purses but the customer service is really what puts it over the top.

One of my Coach purses that was about a year old and moderately used for 6 months or less had one of its handles start to rip. I went to the store at the Galleria, and they weren’t overly friendly when helping me. When the sales associate was trying to get my information, she was very… blunt in her tone because she was having trouble looking me up despite the fact I was already in the system. She told me that she could send my purse off to «find out» if they could even fix it, but they had to charge me $ 22 to ship the purse. I asked that if the purse couldn’t be fixed what would they do. She said that they would send it back in 4 – 6 weeks, but regardless, I would have to pay shipping. Considering what some of these purses cost, I can’t believe they don’t cover shipping especially when they can’t even assure that I’m not going to be wasting my money to have them tell me that it can’t be fixed.
