Domino’s Pizza

I wait for 1 L pizza more than 50 min to pick up after he said 25 min !! I get my pizza with meat (my order was with mushrooms) and the guy said its my fault… i definitely not visit again!!!

I love Dominoes but I will never order from this location again. I watched an employee eat, wipe her hands and face with a napkin then and proceed to kneed dough to make a fresh pizza. I was thoroughly disgusted… I guess washing your hands is too much to ask for nowadays.

Long story short, 35 minutes after the pizza should have arrived we call and they say they don’t deliver to that address. Hmm. someone needs to let the website know and NOT give a confirmation if there is no pizza coming! Needless to say I have learned my lesson on ordering online.

Hell na! I ordered food over an hour ago and no show! Charged my card! No answer and you are still open???

I am an extremely hungry hormonal pregnant woman. I ordered my domino’s pasta bowl over TWO hours ago! Did I order a huge list of items? NO just ONE SMALL PASTA BOWL. Have I ordered from this location in the past? YES for years! Has the delivery driver delivered to my location in the past? YES, multiple times! What was the excuse? He got lost. Did he call me? NO. Did the manager call me? NO, I called her 4 times before I received it. Was the pasta good? NO, I had to heat it up, it was cold. Did I receive any utensils? NO. Did the manager follow up with my order? NO, NOT A SINGLE CALL! Pathetic. I will not be ordering again!

We ordered pizza online at 6:04pm. It didn’t show up until 8:14pm. The stays tracker said the pizza was out for delivery 20 minutes after we ordered but we didn’t get it. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when we called to check the status. Ended up getting Jack in the Box instead.
We will never order from there again. Horrible experience.

Good Pizza, My only qualm would be they seem to always forget something! I order cheesy bread and got no marinara sauce– I called to let them know about it and they offered to bring some back, I told them no worries in fear something may happen to the sauce on the way to me by a wayward driver!
Anywho, I would order again and maybe next time I will just go and pick up to ensure I get every thing!

The services really really really sucks I wait 10min on the phone just to order a delivery pizza… I get tired of wait and i just leave me phone on speaker and after 19:36 min they take my call… This is really ridiculous… obviously I just tell the guy thank you so much I already orden pizza from papa john’s!!!

Poor customer service, slow delivery time (1.75 hours), staff blamed deficiency due to lack of manpower during nationwide 50% off promo that they were likely aware of.

It took over 40 minutes from the time the pizza left the store to be delivered to our house. I called the store to inquire as to where the pizza was only to be immediately put on hold for over 5 minutes. Our pizza then showed up before anyone got back to me, and it was COLD! Not even luke warm. Horrible experience!!!

After many years of ordering from «other» pizza stores… I find that this location has the best service ever. I have yet to get my pizza delivered late or with the incorrect order. Thank you guys! Truly appreciate you’re great customer service.

Seriously, These guys are hands down the best! Fast delivery, great food, great tasting and Derick is the best! Been delivery fast food great price to me for ever just the first time I have used the net for this! So, do I get a free pizza?

They always seem to be super busy and understaffed, but they do the best they can and never take it out on the customers. Don’t ever just show up to order carry out or you will be there forever. Never ordered delivery, so can’t comment on that. Food has always been great.

Delivery was fast and they got my order right, however they completely burned my breadsticks! And they were really stingy with the bacon on my pizza.

I ordered three pizzas via the Internet. I called directly after my order to add another item. By the time I got off the phone 20min had elapsed. I arrived at the restaurant about 10−15min later to pickup the pizza I had already orders and paid for. The total time it took from the online confirmed order to arriving at the restaurant was 45min. When I arrived I asked if my order was ready, the cashier responded, «no, not yet.» I waited another 20min watching people order fresh pizzas, not call-​ins, and took their made pizza home. I asked the cashier again if my order was ready and she told me she could not find my order. I said, «you just told me 20min ago that it wasn’t ready yet, and now you cannot find my order?» She doubled checked, went and got my order. She started to show me the pizzas to make sure they are correct, which those items were correct but missing other items. I over looked the other items and asked if these pizzas were fresh, and she responded, «yes.» I knew they were not and asked her two more times if she was sure they were fresh and that this completes my order… she again responded yes. Knowing it does not take rocket science to make pizzas I opted to write this review and possibly a memo to corp. they have a good product, but the service is terrible. I ONLY INTERACTED WITH ONE CASHIER, so not sure how the other employees are. The manager on duty appeared to have zero input or care about the problems I was having, or the several problems customers before me had. She acted more pissed with attitude and combative than anything.

This place hires idiots. When they answer the phone they can’t hear you, when you speak they can’t hear you, and when they hear its never what you ask for. then you get an attitude. then when they deliver your food 50 or 120 minutes later its cold. but delivered with an attitude! I guess what I’m trying to say is the one thing you can guarantee is a attitude. I give the employees 0 out of 10

Well I’ve been back to this Domino’s at least a dozen times now and have no complaints. Once they gave me the wrong pizza. It was still good. Just not the one I ordered. lol I called and told them and they gave me the option of a new one then or a replacement the next time I ordered. Good customer service.
The crew is always quick and friendly.
FYI: I’m pretty close by so I usually pick up instead of delivery. So no input on that.

One word. Disgusting. I thought Domino’s was supposed to have this new campaign promoting better tasting food. I ordered a medium pizza and boneless chicken wings and threw every last awful chicken piece in the trash. McDonald’s has better chicken. The pizza tasted like Totino’s from the grocery store. I will never order Domino’s again. Never. Save your money for better pizza.
