Take your business elsewhere if you want proper service
I would give them less than a star if it allowed me. I went in to pick up an order, which I placed in person. The girl apparently can’t input information and marked the date beyond incorrect, the product wrong and size of the arrangement was wrong. I was told they would make ‘something’ but it would take up to 3 ½ hours, and could come back. I explained I needed ASAP as I was driving somewhere and it was a gift. She didn’t apologize until I asked for my money back and there was absolutely no sincerity behind it. She pointed me towards the window of items, which were to small and basic, and would give a discount for the inconvenience. I have used this place in the past, the customer service was never great, but this was awful. I rather spend more somewhere else than with them ever again. Hope they didn’t want the money for the $ 100 arrangements!

Ordered an arrangement online, I called this location to make sure they would be delivering and what the details were to the delivery. (ETA, business delivery, etc.) I did not get the girls name that I spoke with but she was super helpful and gave me the information I needed! So I placed my order online around 12 noon. Before 2 pm, my partner had already received the delicious treat. Superb service from this location. I will 100% recommend this location for future gifts!

Just stating the facts.
Walked into this E.A. on Woodway right before lunch Sept.18 (Weds)
Placed my order with Steve. My goal was to send an arrangement for a friend and scheduled it for Friday Sept.20 Laid my cash down.
Ever get the feeling you want something done right so you walk in to the establishment in person to make sure there’s no error? Ever get that feeling that the person behind the counter just doesn’t have it together that day? My suspicions were on alarm when he misspelled the name of the person this arrangement was to be delivered to. And that’s after I spelled out in CAPITAL LETTERS for Steve.
Then he enters my office number in the receipt and so I asked him to please make sure to change it and enter my cell number, «just in case you have some type of issue.» So i handed him my business card but then I still wrote my number on a blank sheet of paper and wrote it REALLY BIG. (remember this because it’ll play a role later).
Friday comes and goes and delivery wasn’t made. Nope — didn’t get a phone call either.
Saturday morning I walk into E.A. again. This time Debra greets me. I explained my case. She says to me, «I see. Well that was done out of the Rice store.»
Me: Okay, that’s irrelevant to me. I need this issue resolved.
Debra: «Lemme call the Rice store and ask the manager what she wants to do.»
Me; Ask the manager? Toots i’m the customer.
Debra: «Yeah on something like this, she can tell us what to do next.»
Me: Why don’t I decide what we need to do.
Debra: «Okay. Tell me.»
Me: Deliver them at half price today.
Debra: «Okay let me check with Maria Luisa.»
Me: Maria Luisa?
Debra: «Yes, the manager.»
So after deliberating for 20 minutes, Maria Luisa tells Debra that yes, the arrangement can be delivered today. Knock off $ 17 of the total price tag. Incidentally, the arrangement cost was $ 80.
Debra: «So you wanna do that?»
Me: You be sure and tell Maria Luisa to go straight to Hades. And give me a total refund. Now.
Debra: «Well the phone number we had for was 123−456−78.»
Me: Do you know who entered the number in your system? Yeah, Steve did. And i even gave him my business card. What was Steve smokin’?
Now Debra, this wasn’t your fault. You were only there to try and correct it.
Steve, if you have a problem with what I wrote for this review, call me. Oh wait, numbers aren’t really your strength. My advice to you, focus.
Maria Luisa — dig a hole. A deep hole. Jump in it.

My husband and I stopped in this last Saturday to see if we could get a last minute arrangement for a gift. We were greeted by Steve who helped us put together the perfect gift and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. In a world where customer service is lacking and no one cares about their job it was nice to see someone who really loves what they do and takes care of the customers. I order many arrangement for our clients at work over the website, this was my first experience in the store. Whoever owns this store, you are very lucky to have Steve as a member of your team!

I use Edible Arrangements all over the US, from Denver, to DC, to LA for corporate gifts, girlfriend’s birthdays, and my parents.
Recently for my boyfriend’s birthday, I wanted to send him something since I wasn’t spending his actual birthday with him, and remind him how much he was loved.
Flowers to a guy? Meh. I went with Edible Arrangements, and he was very happy, and surprised.
Time and time again, when I sent Edible Arrangements, the person on the other end is HAPPY to get something different, healthy, and something they can share with the entire office. It’s such a great gift. They offer SAME day service at NO ADDITIONAL charge, and have a wide variety of different arrangements for Christmas, birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, ect. Also, they send you an email to track the progress of the shipment (especially helpful if its for another state) and an email once it has been delivered!

‘You are the favorite spouse of the office’ — my husband. I’m telling ya! Edible Arrangements are awesome. I sent one to my husband’s office when they all rearranged their schedules to make our vacation possible. What a great office and I had to thank them. Flowers look pretty, but edible arrangements is something everyone can share!
I went online and ordered the «Orange Blossom® Half Dipped with Dipped Bananas». It arrived Monday morning as requested and looked just like the image online (my husband took a photo for me). It had melons, oranges, grapes, strawberries, and chocolate covered bananas. Everyone at his office found something in the arrangement they liked.
This is the perfect thing to send to a group of people. It’s healthy and can easily be shared. A delicious alternative to flowers!
