My carpets were terrible with 2+ years of pet stains and more. I didn’t think they could look as good as they do now after Full Steam Ahead cleaned them. I was super impressed. They were also on time, very professional, friendly, and it only took them about an hour and a half to do three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a set of stairs. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a second.

I wish I had taken a before/​after picture of my son’s carpet. It was SO stained up, I thought it was trashed! The team (Ralph & Esther) at Full Steam Ahead Houston are amazing! I called yesterday afternoon to schedule an appt, and they were able to come out today. They showed up 10 mins early, extremely professional & friendly, cleaned 2 rooms, and were gone within the hour. The carpet looks amazing (like brand new) & smells so good! If you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend you give them a call! They won’t leave you disappointed!

We used these folks to see if our carpets were salvageable. Not only did they make our carpets look new, they were on time and (most importantly) they were friendly and treated our home and us with respect. The house melted clean afterwards. Great value!!!
