The inspector removed my wiper and said it would not pass and I needed to buy a new wiper blade for$ 12– $ 24 per single blade!!! I feel the inspector tore the blade to upsale me on a new wiper blade. No other wiper blade showed any signs of wear and it has not had any problems in the recent rain with any streaks. Now half of my wiper blade is flapping around!!! Unbelievable. Unilocalers you have been warned you will be upsold. I would have replaced them soon but now I have to replace them immediately.

Pete always takes care of me and mine. Brakes, inspection, tune-​ups, anything. I trust these guys!

These guys are the best. I recently took my old jeep here because it was overhearing. Gene and the guys spent a bunch of time trying to figure out the problem and finally determined that another auto shop had installed the wrong water pump on the vehicle a few months earlier. I know that they did not charge me for all of the time that they spent trying to figure out the issue. This is truly what a neighborhood auto shop should be. Friendly, fair, and trustworthy. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

This is a rather affordable place that you can get your car inspected. However I do have a complaint: the hours. When you work till 7pm that’s a problem when you need your car inspection due. So can you change the hours please? Otherwise you don’t great service.

Great place, local family owned and the highest standards. Stopped in this morning thinking I had a problem with serpentine belt, nope, not even close! I didn’t have an appointment and they worked me in the schedule. 30 minutes later I’m on my way to work, not even late. Highly recommend and am a customer for life!

I had to bring my car in today after my car started acting funny while I was running errands and then my engine light came on. I went to two places before coming here. The first one couldn’t fit me until tomorrow and that wouldn’t work because I’m packing to move out of town on Friday so needless to say I was in a jam. I then went to the another shop and they referred me to this one and I’m so glad they did! I showed up as a walk in and Pete greeted me. I told him my situation and he said he could diagnose my car and while they were doing that he was kind enough to take me home so I could continue packing. I did and then he called me with the issue a couple hours later and the cost and I was so happy with the price and that they could fix it today, so I approved it. But in addition to the fix, since I was driving out of town, Pete also replaced my broken windshield wipers, gave the car an oil change and checked my tires, and all at an extremely reasonable cost and I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel taken advantage. The car was fixed, Pete picked me up, I got my car and I’m not missing a beat with my move on Friday! Thank you so much Pete and the rest of the staff! I’m sad I just discovered them now that I’m leaving but wanted to share my wonderful experience so others would know how awesome they are and go see them!

Very nice and competent mechanics and cashier. Have been going since we moved to the area 3 years ago.

I’ve gotten my car fixed here twice and it’s always a superb job and a fair price (I’ve checked with other mechanics before giving my OK). They fix it quick and if they need to order a part, they’ll let you know so you’re not car less (if applicable, of course). This last time I had my car fixed I was able to call and get a consult over the phone so I knew if the problem was immediate or if I could come in the next day.
Nice staff and they always call and leave a voicemail when your car is dead or if they have questions!

Came in for a motorcycle inspection. In and out in less than half an hour. Looking at other reviews, it could be attributed to getting there early, but either way, I’ll be taking my car in next month. Friendly staff.

Love this location. Great service and trustworthy. Only reason for the lowered star is the wait time I recommend you get there right when they open otherwise you will wait. But I still will go back over and over.

I chose this shop for my state inspection and oil change after looking at the reviews and because of the proximity to work. And the reviews are so true about it. Service was fast, easy to communicate with and also showed me where the courtesy booth was to get the registration sticker. Really impressed.
Compared to one other national-​chain (hint: at STONE’S throw away) auto service centers, the person was knowledgeable about the new one sticker system in Texas that was implemented recently.

They are awesome! The owner personally takes care of you and her crew rocks. Couldn’t ask for a better service station!

I recently rented a moving truck in Houston to drive some item to my home in CA. I stopped by Heights Mobil Station to check on a dash light that came on and to top off the gas.
I was helped immediately with the dash light, low tire pressure, got all of the tires checked for pressure and punctures, NO CHARGE! And to my surprise, one of the guys there, Gene, noticed that I had forgotten to close the back door of the truck!!!
In my rush to leave, get the dog settled in the truck, I had forgotten to close the big back door! I can’t even imagine what would have happened if I had driven off with the door open and a low tire!!!
I topped off the tank and was soooo happy that I stopped in.
Great customer service!!! THANK YOU!!!

I have trusted Heights Mobil with my cars for years and I trust Gene and Heather and the guys to not take advantage of me. They have always taken care of me and I’ve never felt taken advantage of. I would recommend this station to anyone I know — and do so every chance I get. It’s nice to feel comfortable taking my car in.

Not open on Sundays. No big deal, just needs to be changed on the info.

Drove right up and in for oil change & tire rotation. Coupon stated $ 24.95 however I ended up paying close to $ 35. Coupon did not say the normal disclosures that most oilchange places have. I was charge for and extra quart of oil since my vehicle calls for six and charged disposal fee as well as environment fee. You need to change your coupon to state that extra charges may apply. I can go to many places a pay only $ 25 without coupon, so I will likely not revisit this service station.
Edit: Oh, and I forgot; The coupon said, «Oil, filter, lube and tire rotation.» They did not lubricate/​grease any of my suspension components.
