How difficult is it to listen to someone’s order? It’s literally the one job you have. How is it possible to hear a customer’s order, REPEATITBACKTOTHEM, and then STILL cock it up? It boggles my mind how little effort it takes to press a few buttons on a register after a customer dictates their entire order to you only for you to still not use the .01% brain function to input it correctly. It’s an insanely simple concept that even a chimp could accomplish. It’s your job, you signed up and agreed to do it. Why don’t you take half a second to make sure you at least do it well. Doing a terrible job only speaks to how useless you are as a human being, not how little you like the job. Take a little pride in the job you chose to do instead of being a cancer on human society. You’re not better than the job, that’s why you’re doing it instead of someone that matters.

I just want to say that I witness some thing that i don’t have to words to explain. I came to get something to eat at this place and I witness a big dump on the floor next to the only 2 sitting tables other clients were eating I was ready to let them know when I see this older lady coming from the back with a bucket of water and soap and a broom it felt so ugly that she had to clean that I decide to help her to clean it up because my heart broke having to see her doing it no body wants to clean poop in this world is gross so as she is finishing the manager comes back from her brake and starts goin off on the lady and yelling at everybody in the kitchen saying I can’t believe any of you haven’t clean up that mess outside(this means before she went to her brake she already knew about his matter and took of without being resolve) she kept saying that she so piss off that she is about to let everyone go home and it she does not care to stay by herself and kept telling all this things to the lady so lady went back inside 5 minutes later she takes off crying so I went to the Window and nicely confront her I said why did you do to her she took of crying and she said I haven’t kick her out she went to lunch I said that is not the correct way is not professional to argue and treat employees the way you were doing it in front of costumers to which she reply that it was non of my bussiness and that who was I to tell her if she was wrong or not I said look in sorry but my morals tell me that your are wrong that was not way to treat the poor lady she ask me to leave and shut the window on my face so I did not even finish my lunch I just took off I hope one of the owners of this franchise sees this and takes a look on what’s happening here being a manager don’t mean to step on he people that works there means that you are problem solver and have more responsibilities even as manager sometimes you have to go outthere and clean up a lil poop not just leave to brake an expect that by the time you come back everything is solve being a manager don’t mean you argue with costumers and ask them to leave cause they see you doing something wrong it means learning to gain people’s trust and being able to manage them the good way means being a lider and this place was really dirty I feel bad for the lady
