CRAAZY Fast!
They finished making my sandwhich before my CC had authorized! No Joking this place is the fastest and if they see that you aren’t sure what you want, they are quick with a recommendation.

Incredibly fast.
However, I was looking for different kind of bread, sourdough, baguette, etc.
however If you are looking for a classic sub it does the job pretty well!

It’s so bland. Why do people like this place? If you want plain bread, plain cheese and meat then this is for you. If you like flavor in your life so this crappy place and get a real sandwich. Great for picky eaters.

Not only do the guys at the Midtown Jimmy John’s put orders together über fast, their service is always friendly, and the quality of the sandwiches they make is nothing less than excellent. I live nearby, and I’ve been completely satisfied with every order. Thanks, guys!

I have never been in the store, but I order delivery from here all the time at work… It’s always «Freaky fast»…It will take 15 to 20 minutes from the time that I order until it is delivered… It has always been fresh and much better than subway… They make ordering online simple… Perfect for a working lunch

This is jimmy johns for gods sake not a steakhouse so stop judging it like one. I’ve never had a problem with their quality or food just like all the other jimmy johns I’ve been to.

Pros:
The sandwiches are fairly consistent like most Jimmy Johns.
They are freaky fast at making them. Walk in order, pay, go fill your drink and then get your sandwich handed to you. Bam out the door.
Cons:
I usually choose Jimmy John’s for the speed of getting food over the quality of the meal. Bread is fresh but most sandwiches come out fairly bland and unmemorable.
Customer service is prompt, hence the freaky fast stuff, but the line guys are always joking around loudly and sometimes screwing with customers. I had one of them give me the repeater the other day. Everything I said, he said back to me. Not the end of the world, hell these are people working at a sandwich shop for a living, but still kind of annoying.
Weighing it all out, middle of the road 3 stars. Good fast sandwich food, but nothing to write home about or tell your friends.

The sandwiches here are great like all Jimmy Johns. Unfortunately the staff barely greets you if at all and the three times I’ve been there, they are joking with each other and barely acknowledge the customer. Absolutely no regard for the customer. The seating is very cramped but again it’s a decent sandwich, I just wish the customer service was better. I think the owners would be mortified if they knew how poorly their customers were being treated.

Everyone knows what to expect with JJ. This one messes up the order a lot… 50% of my orders have been wrong since they opened. Oh well, it’s the only JJ in Midtown/​Montrose so for now they have nothing to worry about until one opens up that can handle putting together an Italian Night Club with hot peppers.

I ordered 2 subs and they were delivered in 7 minutes, with a smile! Incredible!!! Sandwiches were exactly as ordered, with the same quality and taste that I’m accustomed to at Jimmy John’s. The convenience and speed makes me lazy to leave my apartment, since I can make a quick online order and have food in my hands within a couple of minutes!

This location opening up in Midtown makes me happy. Especially since it opens until 10pm so that I can get some grub before starting any drinking. A much better sandwich option than Ponzo’s three doors down and Subway two blocks away. They make their sandwiches within 3 minutes so I just walk by to pick one up rather than call for delivery.
The sandwiches are fresh and tasty like the other locations and the staff is friendly. I only get the veggie sandwiches btw. The #6 is usually enough since the 13 can be too much cheese without an equivalent portion of spread and veggies.

Great sandwiches, fresh ingredients and speedy delivery gets a 5 star.
Forgetting sandwiches for a pick up delivery and having to go back for the original order get a 1 star.
Maybe next time they can get the order right the first time and I will be more generous with the stars.
Will definitely be back but if they keep this up I will have to find another sandwich shop.

I am a VERY big fan of Jimmy John’s originally, but this one… I’m not so sure. Usually the bread is very fresh, but this time, it was a bit «crustier» than normal. It just wasn’t as soft! It was a bit disappointing because that’s the reason I think this place is the best. The French bread! I still give it four stars though. I will probably come here at least once a week.
I get the Italian knight Club #9 with hot peppers, and it is my favorite of its kind! Though they actually forgot the peppers at this location… maybe because they are new, but they need to step up their game!
They also sell their day old French bread for a couple cents, which I use to emulate their sandwiches… which never tastes as good. Hah.
And like their commercials, they are super fast!
