I don’t know what all the complaining is about this place. Been coming here a couple of years. The food is good, people friendly and wait time on par. I have never had a bad experience. I alway dine in and have never used the drive thru. I also come during lunch time. Maybe that is the differences?

Just your everyday fast food chicken. Not nearly as good as it used to be. And definitely not a cheap dinner. Not sure when fried chicken got so expensive.

This place is absolutely horrible. They don’t put half of what you order in the bag, everything’s ice cold and the lines always long. What they do actually give you is usually upside down in the bag.

Visited this location last night, went through the drive-​thru. I ordered a 10-​Piece of the Chicken nugget bites with a side of Mashed Potatoes and an extra side of brown gravy with a small lemonade.
The place was a little busy, nothing crazy. I’ve seen worse. The drive-​thru attendant was pleasant, however, she got my order incorrect. I should have checked my bag like the previous tipster had said. Instead of giving me my side of mashed potatoes, she gave me two gravy sides. Pretty disappointed that I didn’t get my mashed potatoes, it was my cheat day :(
KFC, get it together! And future customers, check your bag before you drive off. This appears to be a consistent issue with this location.
PS. On a little side bright note, the little chicken nuggets are a lot better quality from what I remember last. Very meaty! :)

Worst kfc ever. Order is always wrong. Every time I go I swear I’ll never go back but end up giving it another chance only to regret it. Tried to eat there tonight against my better judgment & was told they are out of breasts & won’t be cooking any more tonight (it’s 8:30). This is not the first time they’ve told me that either.

Use to come here frequently until an incident 2yrs ago. Ever since then I never came back. You lost a customer!!! It started when I was at the drive thru when ordered mash potatoes. The girl (African American) said ok but when I drove up there she gave me green beans or whatever and I told her I didn’t order this and she gave me an attitude saying maybe I should speak up. Um excuse me? Then after that she threw my change at me. That being said I didn’t say anything. After I left I called the store to speak with the manager (an Indian guy) and i guess he never learned the motto «the customer is always right» instead of apologizing for his employees action he was defending her saying she was having a bad day and that she was having boyfriend problems. Seriously? Boyfriend problems?! I can’t believe he had the nerve. I will never step foot in a KFC ever!!! I hate that place especially that location
