1 star is too nice. This place is horrible. I come here because I have a company account I have to use. Been here multiple times over the past year. I’ve actually been helped once and that guy didn’t listen to what I wanted and took me to the closest isle with the item closest to what I asked for. Most times I come in. Look all over the place for what I need. Squeezing between baskets of stuff I’m guessing they’re eventually going to get to. Find out they don’t have what I need or I just can’t find it then have to hunt for better places to shop. If I do happen to find what I need there are no, I mean zero, registers open other than self check out. I hate this location. Terrible all around. Headed to HOMEDEPOT!!!

What’s happening to customer service here? Your staff is rude, lazy, and has no knowledge of what customer service means. I hope it’s just this store and not all as I will be forced to shop elsewhere. Terrible place to shop. Stood waiting for keys to be made while the lazy staff watched, when asked if he could help he replied«I’ll be there in a minute»…more like 5. Please get it together. I give you one star because its required by Unilocal

Update. Lowe’s did not do anything for us. the driver said he had $ 100 gift card after they rescheduled on their own for Friday. We canceled our purchase. Why. because if you tell me my refrigerator is going to arrive Tuesday. then there is no reason for me to wait Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, And that night find out you reschedule on your own terms for Friday. No thanks! Yes, understood your third-party carrier is at fault but losing customers affects your business. So we Went to Lowe’s got our refund and went to buy from Sears. in less than 24 hrs we received our refrigerator. Thank you for the bad experience Lowe’s. Everything happens for a reason.

Lowe’s is terrible. They screwed up our order three times. They still haven’t delivered our fencing. I have been on the phone with them all day! No one knows or cares. This is the WORST customer realtions ever. I will NEVER do business with them again and tell everyone on Facebook Twitter Unilocal all social media sites this.

We will NEVER purchase from Lowe’s again. Not only did we receive poor customer service at 3 different locations, but the delivery service(3PD) was the worst delivery service ever. After finally getting a competent sales associate to ring up our refrigerator(which by the way, our only question was«when can you deliver?”– how hard is it to just ring someone up?), we set the delivery date for four days later and we were told that it would be delivered between 7am-noon. We received an automated voice call the day prior saying it would be between 7−9PM(on a Friday night!!). We gave Lowe’s one primary and one secondary contact number. On Friday at 6pm, the SECONDARY phone number received a missed call from an unknown number. We called the number back 3 times only to get the operator telling us that number is not in service. Finally at 7:30PM, the phone MAGICALLY rings with the delivery person saying he was at our house knocking and no one answered, which is odd considering 1) we were home and 2) neither the secondary or primary number received a call until AFTER he left— why would he leave and then call??? We spent an hour on the phone with 3PD customer service. The delivery driver refused to turn around to deliver the appliance. Sounds like someone really wanted to be off on his Friday night. We never got the chance to speak with his supervisor. After waiting on CS hold for an hour, a rep finally told us the supervisor is assisting another customer– which is either more BS or a great indication of how awful this company really is. I know that this issue is more with 3PD than with Lowe’s; however, I expect a reputable company to find a competent delivery company to partner with– especially when customers are paying thousands of dollars for quality customer service and goods. I’m thoroughly disappointed in Lowe’s and 3PD and I will never purchase from them again! *Note, I’m also disappointed to even have to rank this place. Zero stars!

Yeah, I’m a chick… and yeah I own a power drill. So when I have home improvement needs this Lowe’s has become my one stop shop for most things handy. Being that it’s located less than 3 miles from my front door, it’s super convenient when your vanity light bulbs go out in the middle of a beautification session. Even though they may not always have exactly what I’m looking for, they are never so crowded I have to wait around looking for someone to help me. I wasn’t to pleased with their plant selections this year or the prices, but they have clearance tables and their return/exchange process is so easy when you need to use it. I recently stopped in for new 2″ blinds for the living room after a 7lb. little schiesse decided to use the previous blinds for dental floss. The ones I needed were super easy to find and even though I got my measurements wrong and had to exchange them the same day, both times I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes! I also snagged a great deal recently on shelving for the garage and got the shelves, brackets and bolts for under $ 60(and if you’re wondering… yep, I installed them myself)!
