Horrible ! We walked in a it was soooo hot. The heater was blasting. I get my food and the chicken was raw! I sent it back then noticed two other people send their food back. They whole staff is just standing around eating and on the phone. One of the waitresses was even twerking ! Oh and the lady who served my food had on sandals

We love this place. Can’t go wrong wit any menu item. The flavors are spot on but even the mild level is spicy to me. However, I am sensitive to spice. I love it though. Hot but not too hot to not taste the food and flavors. Love the fusion of flavors they offer.

I like the food, but the service is horrible at this location. The waiter is a rude fellow. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Service: Rude Food quality: Why isn’t food and safety department investigating this place? Plates are dirty, oily and smelly. Taste: Not any more! It used to be my favorite place, but now the food is horrible. They can’t even make a basic samosa chat. I wish I could show the«chef» how to make samosa chat. Come on! That’s basic Indian starter dish. Cost: Not worth it considering other factors. I felt so bad about giving my hard earned money to these guys. I should have just donated to the guy standing next the signal and stayed hungry all afternoon long.

Had Pad Thai for lunch and it wasn’t all that authentic. It lacks peanuts, lime, bean sprouts, and chili. A little too oily to my liking but the flavors are not too bad.

I stopped here to try a new restaurant and I asked for the Kung pau plate with brown rice. I don’t know what I was served, but it was not Kung pau. It had zero spice and zero flavor. The food was luke warm at best as if they had just heated it up. I didn’t even finish my plate. Note to self: don’t spend money in this establishment again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. It has a fast food look and feel, but the food is well presented and really good. I’d say go for it if it’s what you’re in the mood for.

Ordered the Samosa Chaat and chicken lollipops. They were fantastic and very reasonably priced. Their online ordering was very convenient and had me in and out right away. The restaurant is in a nice shopping center on Westheimer and it doesn’t get too crowded during lunch. They also have Chinese dishes. Can’t go wrong with picking this place!

From my small experience, a big powerful taste. Recently feeling under the weather, a dear Persian friend brought over two generous«to go» portions of bryiani(with two varying heat/spices) from an establishment he gives two thumbs up to for their food… Masala Wok. Boy are we glad for this treat. Wow. What a treat. The experience: The rice and the flavor and aroma combinations alone in our overflowing entrees were visually differently in their arrangement, and packed with a delicious wafting aroma. Oh the taste? The taste was fresh and didn’t disappoint… in case you were wondering we couldn’t completely polish off the meal in one sitting; and so we had yummy left overs — two days running! Dear Unilocalers, I can’t wait to explore the full menu here. Love friend referrals. Hope you find Masala Wok just as inviting. See you there!

To me it was ok. Wasn’t aware that it was a chain restaurant so maybe that’s why it felt like a Panda Express with Indian/Asian food.

I really like this place because it is near work and quick service. I have had the spicy basil dish with tofu and also the orange peel with tofu. Both are really great. Although this food isn’t very authentic it feels light and clean. I feel that all the vegetables are pretty fresh and the servings are very large so you can take some home for later if you want. The outside has some tables to sit out which is perfect for this time of year and they will find you if you decide to sit outside to deliver your food. Prices are good for the portion size and service seems to be decent as well.

Order the Manchuria Gobi appetizer. Not a fan of califlower but this is delicious! Soft and tender cooked in a sauce that is tasty! Love the music here too! Playing my favorite song, Like I can by Sam Smith.

This place is an attempt to make South Asian food, primarily Indian food with a few Thai(so Southeast Asian?) options available, and turn it into Pei Wei style dining. It was what it was … I would prefer if the furniture wasn’t so run down and it had a very strong smell of heeng. Can’t remember what that’s called in English and when I google it, I keep getting weird names for it. But I enjoyed my dish — the butter chicken. My friend ordered the chicken tiikka masala and it tasted like they had put in an insane amount of sugar in it. The garlic naan was not amazing but it wasn’t bad either. If you want to try a place that is «Americanized Indian» food then give it a go.

I don’t know how I feel about the concept of fast food indian cuisine. Given how much I love indian food. I had the butter chicken with the rice and naan option, and I would say eat at your own discretion. My stomach was not a happy camper afterwards. My friends had different asian fusion options that looked more appetizing. I get that it’s a fast food restaurant, and the food was brought out very quickly, but my imitation of a classic indian dish just wasn’t worth the $ 10 I spent.

This my 1st time trying Indian food. The place was clean, not busy since I came before noon. I ordered the Samosas(4pieces $ 5), Chicken Tikka Masala($ 9) & Chicken Tandoori Wrap($ 9). This place is like Indian fast food so I know it’s not completely authentic. I placed my order To Go and it only took about 6mins for the food to be ready. The Samosas aren’t bad. The tikka masala sauce taste similar to tomato basil soup. As for the tandoori wrap, there was way too much cheese inside. Its was like they put mozzarella cheese sticks in the wrap with barely any tandoori chicken and the pieces of Tandoori chicken I had were on the dry side. But what more can a person expect from a fast food indian place.

My buddy and I ordered Lamb Curry with Rice and Naan, Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Hakka Noodles. Noodles were pretty greasy but the taste was ok. Lollipop was just average. Lamb Curry was more on the saltier side. Service was prompt and quick. Ambience was good. Not a bad place by any means but not a great place either.

Overall no issues. Arrived about 11:30 for lunch and was not very busy. It was set up much like Genghis Grill. I had curry chicken which was excellent. It had a very nice not too spicy flavor and was served with flatbread and rice. I did have the chicken spring rolls as an appetizer and they were very good as well. Parking was easy and plenty of it. By the time I left, the restaurant did pick up but not so much where you could not get a seat. The service was very good, quickly cleaning the tables. The only thing I did not like was the restroom, it was clean but only one person can use it at a time, there were several of us waiting in a line. Overall I would recommend and plan on visiting again.

Went there a while ago, because we wanted something along the lines of fusion food like Aling’s(Really far from our place). It’s a fusion of Indian and Chinese grease.

I love the chicken tikka masala here! It’s around 9.99 for an entire. TONS of flavor and you will be left wanting more. Food usually takes about 4 – 5 min to come out. The naan here is pretty good too, especially the garlic butter! I haven’t tried anything else here bc the chicken tikka had me hooked! Service is pretty quick and efficient. There a a small patio as well. Tons of parking.
