Absolutely the biggest mistake of my life buying from these guys.
I’ve had 3 defected beds In a row and the manager told me they can’t help and to go figure it out on my own. They were super rude and hung up the phone when I tried calling back.
I sent an email to corporate with a high urgency and never heard back from them.
Better worth spending your money on a blow up mattress than buying from these guys.
I will definitely be reporting to the better business bureau.

Completely unsatisfied! Salesman bashed mattress firm (which I get, it’s the competition) to the point to say they sale used mattresses and I’ll probably get scabies or STDs was a bit much. He told me if I had any issues I could return it no questions asked. I initially went back with the intent to exchange, but after going twice and the store being closed DURING OPERATING HOURS was extremely frustrating. When I finally went the female working was very rude! So was the customer service representative I spoke to. And I’m STILL waiting to receive a call from the district manager! I called Monday, it’s now Wednesday evening. I’m so unhappy with this place. I don’t know how they train their people but I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone! I should’ve stuck with mattress firm

Super friendly staff! My boyfriend and I went to a handful of mattress stores before we discovered this place through a simple Google search. Ended up taking home one of their über comfortable Arctech cool gel memory foam queen mattresses.

Disclaimer: we didn’t actually buy a mattress here. But the salesman James was very helpful and not pushy like some of the others we’ve encountered at other stores. The prices were very reasonable and they’ll throw in some perks if you negotiate. Definitely worth a look!
