I’ve had to go back and forth with Mattress 1 for a few months now. Finally, I get the service I expect from John at the Kirby location and Alma from customer relations. Long story short, they understand and are helpful. Thank you. I would avoid the Beechnut location as the ‘manager’ is far too focussed on policies and doesn’t consider each situation. Make sure to ask questions. Some sales people will give you an answer but not the whole answer. Be aware that any exchanges will never involve a refund if the new mattress is priced less than what you paid for the original. If I were you, I’d just go see John at Kirby(by Crave Cupcakes) and save yourself a lot of time and heartache. He won’t steer you wrong.

if there was a way to give less than zero stars I would got a mattress on a Thursday and the joke of a support team told me each and every day for the next 6 days I would get a deliver and today a week later still no mattress. they can’t get a hold of their delivery people they don’t answer their phones in the middle of the day they can’t get a hold of people at their own warehouses I told my sales person I had sat here all day waiting on the 5th day he said he’s been sitting there all day too. wow I was delivered the wrong mattress on the third day and the sales person insisted that was the mattress I had laid on until I showed him photos disproving him. the delivery guys heard the whole call and were embarrassed to be wearing mattress one shirts because they knew they had shipped the wrong one the moment I told them what I had ordered today I was told by one person it would be delivered today, another persons said tomorrow another person said I had not paid yet a clown car full of clown fish could run a company better than this gang of jokers. today I still don’t have any clue and nor does anyone else at 3 locations or the warehouse if I will get something to sleep on. Dumbest mother flunkers…

We went in here knowing what mattress we wanted and where we would get it. It was not here, we were just checking one more price. The manager. Chris was very helpful and I’ll be damned if he didn’t change my mind and sell me a mattress. Five Star customer service. Highly recommended.
