My Samsung refrigerator stopped getting cold so I went online and searched for appliance repair companies in Houston. I came across their website and decided to call them. A polite gentlemen answered the phone and I explained to him that my refrigerator stopped getting cold. He took down my information and sent a technician to my house right away.
When the technician came, I showed him where the fridge was and an hour later it was as good as new. Overall I had a great experience with this company.

Made appointment for a repair today from 9 – 12
Spoke to an associate about 10:30 AM and was told to call back about 30 min til 12:00 if the tech wasn’t there yet. Didn’t bother to call and check on the tech.
Called again at 11:30 today, spoke to 2 different people then was told that they will call me back in 10 minutes.
Time now is 1:15 and no phone call, no explanation, reschedule or apology.
Guess they’re TOO RICH TO MAKE MONEY TODAY!!!
DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!!
